Some said it before, i know, but perhaps try using your wrist a bit more. You can easily find videos explaining the up-down (or shoulder-tip) technique, obliging you to play from your wrist instead of your elbow. Once you've got the trick, it's not difficult at all and it makes life for your right arm much easier!

This was a good cover, but my biggest critique is that it's really "safe" there were few risks taken while you played and everything kept on repeating. Try adding some buzzes, open the high-hat a bit or even some more "out there" fills. Things like these will help you develop your drumming and seem much more entertaining. I know i don't really have "prime examples" on my channel, but I'm learning, and it's giving some amusing results. give it a try :D
