Strange lights in the sky over west midlands

I saw 3 groups of 3 lights hovering over a small lake just the other day.. similar to this but the groupings were smaller.

me and my girlfriend just saw(23:00 13/06/09) lights which looked exactly the same as these but there were about 40all flying in formation over Weston Super Mare and I was trying to convince myself they were balloons but they were huge and we're moving very fast.

There is another video of a very similar thing in america ... the myrtle beach UFO sighting 9/3/2008. I along with my friend saw something very similar although we saw it much further away. Thats to say it was tiny by comparison ... just miles and miles away. In fact the only reason we managed to see it was due to a shooting star that crossed its path. We could see it all the way to the horizon! Some say its NOSS satelite formations ...
