  • What Song?

  • @deee661 i can careless im just making a statement. if you read up on it they say anything over 35hz is gonna be louder than anything 33hz and lower, because those herts you really dont hear, for spl you tune high of course. but the only time any of this comes into factor is when you do a DB reading. other than that ur not gonna really know cuz music has all kinds of herts playing at all times

  • @deee661 they say a rule of thumb anything below 35hz is gonna have a better SQ than having it tuned higher. thats why they always recommened if your gonna go ported do 35hz or below. but you wont be as loud as if it was at 38hz or higher but then you loose the good SQ.

  • the higher the tuning the louder but less quality. if your just gonna do car shows for spl then tune high about 38hz 39hz 40hz. if you want spl mixed with good SQ do a low tuning 29hz 30hz-34hz. remember the lower the tuning the less power it needs the higher the more power it can take usually.

i just brought t fi btl fully loaded with a audioque2200 gotta get a box made now 4cubes 35hz

  • nice vid mane

  • can u give me your box dementions plz

  • hell yea you got some power hooked up to dat btl can't wait to get mines!!!

  • that shit is fucken knockin daaaaaaaaaaaaaam! keep slumpin

  • my friend got one of these its turned uo halfway its one of the loudest things i have herd

  • Stock alternator???

  • Is the FI BTL better than a DD 9515?? im trying to get some ideas cause im getting ready to upgrade my system.

  • FI BTL

  • @bulldogfootball3 the DD 9515s are better and r alot more proven on the numbers to be louder. put a good 2000-2xxx watt amp on that sub and it will be very loud.

  • @bulldogfootball3 there close but DD for the win.'

they take shit loads of power and want more. there are SPL beats and great daily ground pounders

  • so theres no need for your rear view mirror sweet =D

  • funny thing is ive hit a 146.2 with the sub you blew up free air.. and i was only pushing 1000 rms to it... seems like fi subs take to much power and dont put out enough judging buy the #'s ... i was thinking about buying a fi sub till i seen all these vidoes of people running 2k + watts and not even breaking the 150's.... now i dunno what to buy for subs..........

  • Well you're incorrect the Fi is one of the most powerful subwoofers on the market other than the LMS Ultra and XXX RE and Soundstream XXX.. it has amazing sound quality and if you get 2 ohms full loaded with a GOOD amp you could hit 150

  • Don't forget about the RD Heavyweight.

  • only if you design the enclosure for the car and numbers.

fuck numbers, i'm tuned at 29hz and devastate the lows FTMFW

  • you didnt need a new alt and it sounds that good? or did you just forget to list it on the intro..

  • Stock alt. At this video

  • make more vids

  • lol i know, i should.

  • thats fucking great, nicely done

  • what is the song that shit slumps hook me up bro

  • Nice set up. I have a lil 2 door civic, you think this sub will fit in it

  • how much that cost u

  • Daymmm man nice system :P love the flex

    Whats the first song?

    Keep on Bumpin

  • That shit still bangs even with the volt drop Lol Check out my system

  • yea i need to get a new H.O. Alt

  • Not only do you need a new H.O. alt, you also need more batteries for that sustained power to your amp. I'm goin thru the same thing.

  • lol my voltage drops to 11.8 Volts

  • damn dude. does the 1 optima yellow top handle your amp ok?

  • lol not really. my voltage drops really fast. i have 2 optimas now, and im selling one and putting a powermaster 3100

  • Great vid. How is it doing now. Have you had any problems yet. Im wondering the life span of these subs. And since you're running them at max wattage. I got 2 18" btl fully loaded and have 2200 boss watts on them. Way under powered since Meade puts 5000 rockford watts on each 18.

  • i absolutely love my sub. im putting 2550 watts to it right now on 2ohm's. i have not had any problems at all. honestly you need to put maybe 2 boss amps on 1 18 Fi.

  • Meade puts like 4k on his

  • more like 5k lol. well maybe im wrong he might only put it up that high for spl comps.

  • Yea he has 5k in his Tahoe, and I don't think he does comps with it. So prob. for daily usage.. That's insane though lol (in a good way).

  • yea steve does spl comps im pretty sure at least. he has a removable port to tune higher for the competitions. and then he tunes lower for daily driving.

  • the fi btl is a monster

  • thats sick... nice

  • how many watts rms is the btl fully loaded? i need to know thanks

  • it is 2000 watts RMS. but you can put up to 2500 ONLY if it is Fully loaded.

  • ook ok thanks

  • Sounds sick!!! Is that a newer or older model BTL?

  • it's the newer one. I redid the port and my doors now have a 1/2-3/4 inch flex.

  • Lmfao thats sick as

but ur plates are gay now

  • where do u go fi btl's from
