  • "...President Martelly repeatedly suggested a pardon or amnesty of Duvalier and the state prosecutor sought the DISMISSAL of all charges, it was not hard to figure out what the government wanted." from CBS News

  • I posted on another video about how Baby Doc in Haiti just got a ruling from judge this past week who's letting him get off from ever being tried for human rights violations in Haiti. CRAZY!!! Since YouTube won't let links be posted on responses (FAIL!), I urge folks to Google (irony) about this to find out more. CBS.com has got an article up from yesterday.

  • nice

  • thanks for posting this inviromental video!

  • Good presentation and goodluck with your book Madame. From what I lived in the past ten years of crisis in Cote d'Ivoire , i concluded that Human rights is selective. Only few people on this planet have rights. It's selective, and it depends on the United Nations ( which is piloted by the elite of nations) to choose to act ,or not , on individuals suspected of crime. As far as President Gbagbo, it's a perfect example of the bias of ICC.

  • Mr. Moreno Occampo arrested only President Gbagbo while his own organization knowledged that they were crimeso n both sides. Allassane Ouattara and Soro Guillaume committed the most atrocities during the crisis in Duekoue. It's even known as the "infamous genocide", where women and children have been killed in cascade and burn to hide the evidences. Today, Allassane Ouattara and Soro Guillaume are being rewarded with the Presidential , and prime minister seats.

  • They have arrested countless pro-Gbagbo partisans without motives, torturing them, freezing their assets, denying them medical treatments, allowing them to die in a slow form of torture. Only because Ouattara and Soro have the highest support and approval of Nicolas Sarkozy of France. They are many more similar cases in the entire continent of Africa but these are being silenced because they interfere with the multinational businesses daily profit.

  • So madame, let me tell you without being bias that Human Rights Prosecutions are targeting mostly African Countries and other third world countries. It's selective, and are immune only ,those who play the obedience game of the super powers. The case in Cote d'Ivoire is very clear. President Gbagbo should be free or Ouattara and Soro should be prosecuted as well.

  • The biggest human rights violation in North America is the government removing the medical and legal rights from a group of people identified as "injured workers". This has caused an epidemic of suicide amongst this group as well as injured workers being forced into poverty, not receiving any medical care, and dying from stress related illnesses such as heart attack and stroke. Injured workers are subjected to known and admitted psychologically damaging appeals processes and are traumatized,
