Henry is a riot at the jail...once he sober's up. The man can do one mean James Brown impression. He not actually homeless like people think..he lives with his sister when not under arrest, likes flashy clothes such as he's sporting..and used to be a school teacher. For what ever reason, Henry thinks of the jail as being his home...to such an extent he used to get drunk and when the cops wouldn't arrest him would beat on the doors of the jail to be let in.
