how does the bike perform if u have a passenger on board? i'm thinking of buying one so if my girlfriend jumps on will it be ok? she's just a small chick.
I rode a 125cc Suzuki Hayate scooter in Thailand. Same engine as the CBR (little less powerful and automatic trans). It got me (72kg) and my girlfriend (56kg) to 80km/ph pretty well. 0-60kmph was really good. You'll be fine with 2 people on this bike for normal city/suburban riding. don't know bout >100kmph though.
Not too well. 14 horses vs 40 for the 250RR, and the 250's will put 180 on the clock - 200 if you take the restricter off. Personally I'll probably be surviving with a clapped out junker til I'm legally able to ride something bigger ;D So kudos to everyone with money for a new bike!
One of my dads mates still has a 1992 honda NSR (Bigger engine in it mind) But it still goes like fuck... I wuddnt mind being seen on one of those and it's 17 years old let alone 10
its a honda ? but come on its a 125 not a 250 also ..ide rather be seen on this so called piece of crap..than something made over 10 years back. Also trade your bag of shit in you might get a quid for it.
That was pretty fast. 10 sec 0 to 100 isn't bad for a 4-stroke.

it is at high rpm because runs only one cyl. Nothing to compare other engine in money wise!

if you want better acceleration hold 1st gear longer, seriously 8000rpm gear changes are alot better and faster
