@flightoftheunknown Kel-Tec has actually changed a couple of aspects of the early PMRs and it did help the function. We shot quiet a few rounds though and had very few function problems. I was impressed when such guns as the AMT 22 mag worked on it for YEARS and never got it right. Has a whole lot to do with ammo brand too...
@LibertiesDefender we did have about 10 loose rounds of the Hornady we put through it but we weren't set up at that time, it was just off handed. Functioned perfectly though and got a fine off-handed group.
@davespawnshop Thanks for the reply, I've been interested in a high cap semi-auto .22 mag pistol and love what I see here. Nice review. Thx again and good day.
@spudin72 We did, we've not got another shipment coming in till around the 30th. Kel-tec rep said "of course" they can't make them quick enough and had a few bugs to work out of the production lines. All's good now so you'll see more coming in instead of 1 a week!
We actually tried a few different loads trying to get it to stovepipe but in the magnums, it's a little tough to get a true "target" load. Almost all really are produced for rifles. The best we found at a 2.1" group at 20yrds was the CCI Maxi-Mag 40 grain TMJ; MV 1425 fps (pistol). This was the second slowest load we shot and would stovepipe if you limp wristed it, but it was a brand new non-broke in mainspring too so this would get better. We tried Super-X 40 grain JHP;MV 1910fps worked fine
You guys have some of the most honest reviews on the block, especially for a retailer. Most would have edited over any kind of malfunction, but you guys are a class act. While I dont live in Tennessee, if I did I would be sure to patronize your establishment.
We're actually waiting on our second shipment now... The first batch was spoken for weeks ago. The will be really hot for 3-6 months and then settle down some.
that gun sucks. Lots of videos out there of failures.

Have you tried firing any Hornady 22 Magnum 30 Grain V-Max through this PMR-30? If so how did it perform? Thx.

@LibertiesDefender I have, and the little bastard is lethal with that ammo. I've tried it in the rough rider as well. Just as lethal.
