  • hey man, Bron traveled.

  • lebron copied that move but it wasnt perfected like MJ's

  • @acemace1001 LeBron didn't copy shit bitch, LeBron's his own player just like Jordan was his own player.

  • Brandon roy did it, but not to be flashy because he had too

  • "I think it was The Finals."

T-Mac obviously didn't take geography in high school. No clue that LA and CHI are on opposite coasts.

  • @xmuscularghandix hence the finals...........

  • @xmuscularghandix he ment the finals...

  • MJ: I could've dunked.

    MJ: You should've dunked.

  • @batmanlooksgood he plays for the pistons

  • Is T-mac still playin?

  • "THAT WILL MAKE ANY HIGHLIGHT REEL FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS!" wow this guy knows his shit!

  • @ramosjob nah for the next millenium

  • Lebron...... actually didnt travel in this one :D

  • If Shaq stayed in Orlando, TMac would have 3 rings and Kobe would only have 2. FACT.

  • @GRiMxSG Tmac would of never signed with orlando if Shaq was still there. The biggest reason Tmac left Toronto was because he didn't want to be the second banana ( because Carter was the franchise player for the Raptors at the time). Tmac would of signed some where else.

  • Healthy TMac could've been a God.

  • @GRiMxSG probably not just a basketball player. get off his dick fag

  • @336freeman LOL. If he'd been healthy he'd probably be a top 5 SG or at least top 10. Obviously "God" is an exaggeration...

  • That will make the highlights until the Earth gets swallowed by the sun.

T-Mac! Damn, I miss his prime. He coulda been the best ever....

  • @JaveDMode tmac never made it to his prime. hes pretty much been hurt since his early career. and possibly one of the best. jordan will forever be the best.

  • no one has ever considered tmac anything great EVER so for his fanboys to sit here and say he would be better than Kobe? are you fucking kidding? LOL.

    WTF are you smoking bro?

  • @reneperezz nahh bro tmac couldve been just as good as kobe but his injuries got the best of him.

  • @reneperezz hey fanboy TMAC would won more championships than kobe with these people on his team, Ron Harper,Glen Rice,Rick Fox,Derek Fisher,Robert Horry,A. C. Green,Devean George,Shaquille O'Neal,Horace Grant,Isaiah Rider,Slava Medvedenko,Mitch Richmond,Andrew Bynum,Pau Gasol,Ron Artest,Shannon Brown,Lamar Odom,Jordan Farmar,Sasha Vujačić,Josh Powell,Matt Barnes,Steve Blake.also look at your channel before you call anybody a fanboy,fanboy.

    .

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX I'd rather be a fan of Kobe who actually did something GREAT with his career than a BUM like T-MAC HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @reneperezz what did he do?

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX yea act like you don't know bitch... "what did he do" should be for TWACK, WINCE CARTER and IVERSON LMAO... pathetic piece of shit

  • @reneperezz he couldn't have won even one championship without all that help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX no duh you dumb shit. It's a TEAM, but Kobe was the leader! Why do you types try to discredit kobe and prop up bums like TMAC? am I missing something? I'm sorry you hate him but deal with it punk, everyone loves him but upset bitches like you.

  • @reneperezz TMac was a muuuuch better scorer than Kobe and that's what Kobe is a scorer. So by that logic, TMac would've been better than Kobe. 2003 TMac>2003 Kobe no question. Both came into the league around the same time too.

  • Comment removed

  • DID IT ON EEEMMM.!

  • "when they played the lakers in the playoffs, i think it was the finals" WTF???

  • agreed tmac would be on the same level as Kobe .. but remember Kobe had a lot of injuries too, but he just played through em.

  • If MJ had dunked the ball instead of pulling it back down and shooting with his left hand, it would probably still be one of his best highlights ever because he was going to make a poster out of someone in the Finals.

  • I don't Jordan had to switch hands. lol he was so high over everyone that even if he couldn't dunk it, he probably could've just layed it in with his right hand.

  • @rhettrorocket43 well, according to Jordan, he thought Sam Perkins was gonna at least try and block him, so he made the decision to switch hands kind of out of instinct . as it turned out, Perkins just stood there

  • One of the best b ballers there ever was. Believe it.

  • Yeah, and TMAC could have been a better porn star than Jenna Jameson if he were a chick with a nice ass, but he's not, so KKKKKKKKKOOOOOOOOBBBBBBBEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • if you look closely, lebron traveled..

  • @jamezyyy if u look closely lebron wsnt even in the game

  • @goldfishwalls33 Thank you Ted, That was the joke.

  • @SteelTaco That was a joke? Damn... It wasn't even funny. It was so outplayed cause I've seen it from a thousand other people on all NBA videos...

  • @jamezyyy if you look closely, i just tbagged you

  • "he was so HIGH" LMAO

  • TMAC is much better the kobe

  • @scheming95 hes more accurate, he just didnt have shaq at his prime.

  • @1billion1deaths1 T-Mac wasn't a defensive threat though

  • you know, if #45 knew how to play soccer, he could've blocked it.

  • If only he would've stayed healthy. He really coulda been better than Kobe

  • he switched hands cuz he wasn't gonna make the dunk dudes. the angle of the first clip of it fools you. but the 2nd clip of it, it's pretty clear that he wasn't gonna make the dunk. i'm prb gonna get a lot of thumbs down for this

  • @samward but why he switched the ball to the left??

why dont he just use the right hand?

  • @ohyeah061696

    ...because he could...

  • t mac to me is the best player ever and why didnt jordan just slam it anyways lol

  • @AdamTcain500 cause he thought that big dude on his right was gonna jump and block him but jordan probably would of just dunked on his face anyways.

  • @awisrippin true

  • really that move was so overrated, switching hands dint actually fake anyone out it was just mustard on teh hot dog

  • if T-Mac did get so many fuckin injuries...he would of been the face of the NBA. he had it all!

  • T-mac had a lot of injuries 8(

  • seriuosly... WTF happened to TMAC? One minute he's killin the league, and the next thing I know he gets hurt... comes back and he's a bum. What the hell happened? Did he just get spoiled and dis-interested in being the best, or did something else happen? ...something I missed?

  • @leeparker2268 injuries that take you out for 2 years kinda effect your game a little... he'll be back

  • lakers bored him..so he create a move that will be a difficult for him to shoot ..naaaah..its still easy for him though

  • michel jordan, pete marivich, bob cousy, kobe bryant, derrick rose

  • @metal220 What kind of list are you making?

  • @aaronbar5 some of my favs of all time. not really sure bout cousy though havent seen hardly any footage of him playing but i knw hes good. tracy mcgrady is a really good player as well. but havent seen him play much. i usaly just collect the cards. dont really watch the sport

  • Comment removed

  • @tampasux i might he was just bored

  • this move was so unnecessary.

  • i thought there was no point of switching the hand. He defiantly saw something i didn't.

  • Man are people serious? lol this is one of Jordan's weakest moves compared to all the other shit he's done. He didn't even have to switch to the other hand he could've just layed it in. Try the move he did against the Nets when he was in the air for like 5 seconds and went reverse...BEST LAYUP EVER HANDSDOWN!!!

  • @TheSizMan

Agreed, the double (or triple, not sure) clutch reverse is probably the best layup in the history of the game.

  • 10 years? more like 30 :)

  • That will make every highlight film for the next century and beyond.

  • love the McGrady in the past, no ugly tattoos all over his arms

  • i can do that!!!...with a ladder haha

  • "That would make every highlight film for the next 10 years!"

the announcer couldnt have been more right.

  • TMAC could have been so much better than kobe.

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX Nah. even when he was healthy he wasnt on his level. he never had the killer instinct and now hes just a 6th man. lol nice try tho

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX I'm a life-long Kobe fan, but I agree. If only he had stayed healthy, he definitely could have done it.

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX COULD have

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX Shoulda, coulda, eastwooda

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX the word is 'could have'. There are a lot of could have's in this world but never happened because it's never meant to be. Never compare T-Mac to someone else, because he was the best player he could ever be, it's just that he had to deal with so many injuries.

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX In his prime he was

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX if tmac could have ever been better then kobe then i would have been better then Michael jordan

  • @xXxJuDoNtKnOwXxX you wish

  • @reneperezz your a fanboy

  • 0:24 why didnt he just dunk it??

  • man mac sounds different back in the day

  • I like that raptors jersey lol

  • TMAC healthy is better than lebron on roids

  • @CLOUD9CONVOS they check if you take steroids dumbass.

  • @CLOUD9CONVOS TMAC healthy is better than the entire NBA

  • this monkey fucked his career up...in 2000 when chi had no MJ and tracy played with our emotions..chicago could have helped him so much..he would of been the young swingman we needed.....tracy will forever be salty for that one.....hahahahalets see a starting role at gaurd in 2000...or a coming off the bench backing loul deng at the small forward in 2010....hahahaha dam what a salty ass dude.....oh well.

  • jordan switched hands just for the hell of it he could have easily layed that in he was just bored

  • jordan is the best.. cant be disputed

  • I can do that... gimme a trapoline!

  • @xSherbertx hahahaha

  • "I don't think anybody else can do that." *bites lip* (I bet I can.) Lol that's probably what T-Mac was thinking.

  • Tmac might not be the best baller ever, but hes the sickest

  • @joepescifromcasino yeah he warms the bench like a motherfucker. you see him switch seats that one time? daaaaaamn.

  • When Kobe or some other good player do this maybe but maybe than someone of them fans coud compare it to legend............

  • BETTER MOVE THAN THE BEST LINE MOVE ON JOHN STARKS AND DUNK ON EWING AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN??/..

  • he didnt even need to do that. pretty unneccessary

  • ya he did airjoca

  • yep yep and 13th fg in a row! TOAG BITCHES GOAT!!!

  • lebron did that same layup

  • @abdallah8906

    No he didn't.

  • @abdallah8906 yeah but see, Jordan did it first. if he had't of done it. lebron wouldn't of had the genius and athletic ability to come up with it

  • "that'll make every highlight film for the next 10 years" try next century or millennium...

  • tracy so young here.

  • this is my favorite move........

  • the greatest player in basketball history, fact.

    a global icon, fact

  • @projectgz sorry mixed it up. "put your hands where my eyes can see" by busta rhymes

  • @projectgz dangerous instrumental - busta rhymes

  • I tell you why I don't rate this one as high as others, because it was unchallenged he had no need to do he could of just dunked it. Don't start jumping all over this because its Jordan, he's the best ever I love him but this move was not the greatest thing he's done.

  • gotta love T-mac man...unfortunate what happened to his career...he could have went down as one of the greatest if he was healthy and had a better supporting cast IMO

  • @gdeep783 Yeah if he stayed in Toronto with VC they couldve won a championship but instead he wanted to be a bum.

  • whats the soundtrack man?

  • You know looking at it, i think he could've dunked that ball. Yeah that would have been some nasty dunk. But the switch hand layup is cool too. :)

  • "that'll make every highlight film for the next 10 years!" the commentator knows what he's talking about

  • truly a legend michael jordan

  • MJ is better than Lebron. And i miss those old Raptors Jerseys

  • that pass was nasty too

  • I never knew why Jordan switched hands on that play.

Was he just showing off? (not that there is anything wrong with that)

  • @rspkk0 i agree... never knew why he had to switch hands...

  • @rspkk0 jordan has always said that he saw sleepy sam perkins and thought he was gonna jump to block his shot, so he instinctively switched hands.

speaking from experience, i say that jordan set it up like that knowing all along, baiting perkins, then switching to his left.

it's a situation play and mj just so happened to have a move that suited it perfectly.

  • this is why lebron is not IN MY BOOK, even close to jordan.

  • @sethaus75:

MJ didn't do anything that the top players in todays game over prior to Mike couldn't have done. The difference is he did it. He was so creative. It was almost like watching a dance or an art form that I can't define. Not just on that play but on all his smooth moves. Regarding the rough guys that would have knocked MJ down on that play, even they get schooled now and then. You're not a Pistons fan are you? Boo if you are.

  • Awesome move... But it was unnecessary. He could have slammed with the right hand with no problem.

  • @RyanIsOffended you are right...but jordan didn't think that at the time... jordan had the skill, talent, will and creativity that NONE of the new crop of jordan-like players have. he went for an athletic dunk over a couple of big defenders. his intelligence, athleticism, and creativity worked to avert the percieved block-shot potential. he switched to the other had to avoid the block...the difference between jordan and a lot of his "heilr-apparents" is that his awe-inspiring moves had purpose.

  • @MrHavok29 -beautifully said. Like Sports Century said "He may have scrapped immortality with his wings".... His athleticism is like no other. I'm glad you feel that way.

  • Jordan said, he had to do that move b/c he saw Sam Perkins about to jump at him!! I am fortunate to have watch that move live back in 91!!

  • yeh mike was def showin off a lil there

  • I remember the jolt of electricity that went up my spine when MJ unleashed that move on national TV! My younger brother was 12 at the time and a Lakers fan and that move by MJ actually made him cry because he knew at that moment that the NBA Finals had officially become the Michael Jordan Show!

  • Even as a Laker fan I'm glad they stood around like matadors and didn't foul him, lol.

Thanks AC and Perkins for not ruining one the greatest move in basketball history.

  • @sethaus75 But If they fouled him, while he was switching hands, and he still got the bucket + the foul. With that amazing And1 it could've been an even greater move.

  • @TheAzianStar Nah, this was when the whole Nice Guy Era started. Some of the mean, ornery teams of the 70's and 80's would've laid him out on his ass and possibly knocked him out for the series. Remember, teams used to have unskilled stiffs whose only job was to take star players out when they tried to go to the hole. Remember the no lay-up rule? You think Laimbeer and Mahorn would've stood there and watched Jordan float through the air seemingly in slow motion?

  • @TheAzianStar @TheAzianStar Nah, this was when the whole Nice Guy Era started. Players used to hate each other. Now they're all friends. The mean ornery teams of the 70s and 80s would've laid him out & possibly knocked him out for the series. Teams used to have untalented stiffs whose only job was to intimidate and rough up star players. Remember the no lay-up rule? Jordan might not even have attempted that move in the 80's. Just like at the park, it's too dangerous to drive down the lane.

  • of course it was the finals. a west team never play an east in the playoffs if it isn´t the finals^^

  • "That will make every highlight film for the next ten years"

    Make that FOREVER!

  • @Oldeeschool lol yeah

  • Imagine if T-Mac stayed on the Raptors him and Vince would probarly still be there niether of them wouldve probarly got injured because they wouldnt of had to carry the load alone an uninjured t-mac and vince carter in thier prime with chris bosh wouldve been great

    pg-turkoglue

    sg-carter

    sf-mcgrady

    pf- bargnani

    c-chris bosh

they wouldve been alright at least playoff contenders

  • @hak2791

mcgrady wouldnt have turned into the player he is/was if he stayed on the rapters. Plus the salary would be through the roof for that team... very unlikely

  • I doubt it because his last year on the raptors they was already increasing his minutes and realizing his talent he just didnt like the coach and for the salary look at the lakers paul gasol, kobe bryant, lamar odem, derek fisher, and ron artest have you seen thier contracts raptors wouldve been ok

  • @hak2791 you realize that if they still had vince and tmac that they probably wouldn't get chris bosh right? they would have gotten a better record and a lower draft pick

  • @hak2791 if mcgrady had stayed with the raptors they woudlnt have sucked enough to be able to draft bosh or bargnani

  • Perkins is in the motion of jumping when Jordan switches hands, at which point Perkins just gives up.

  • ur an idiot

  • i think he thought no 14 was going to jump so he propably switched to get the bucket and the foul...but no 14 had a change of heart :)

  • People are forgetting this was his THIRTEENTH FIELD GOAL IN A ROW!!!!

JORDAN GREATEST EVER and this is one of the greatest moves ever on the ultimate stage, in fear of going down 0-2 and taking the heat from all the critics

  • pjam07pjam.... you definitely have a point there :))

  • the commentator said that'll make the highlit reel for the nxt 10 years... he just didnt kno that this highlight to infinite and beyond

  • that was great, but why didn't he dunk it

  • In an interview with MJ, he said he was going for the dunk but thought one of the Lakers was going to jump and try to challenge the shot, so he switched hands to counter that. Very adaptive player with great basketball knowledge, highest skill level, mental toughness, clutch etc.. to do what was necessary to win.

  • CUZ DUNKIN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BORING!

  • @laker4lifeboi why type something if your gunna hate Dr.J was great ans so was Jordan theres no need to hate i prefer Jorder over dr.J anyday Jordan is still talked about now and Dr.J has almost been forgotten so i suggest you look some dr.j clips and not jordans =P

  • dude... jordan could easily duplicate that dr. j shot... but dr. j just does not have the vertical to rise that high and hang in the air nor the upper body strength to radically change the shot towards the opposite direction and still score the basket. I will admit that erving's shot was nothing short of great but he swung that shot in momentum whereas jordan completely used muscle control to change hands and make the lay up

  • Jordan didn't show off in this move, he later said that he saw a hand coming to block him so he switched hands instinctively.

so coming to think of it, the fact that he switched his hands this way INSTINCTIVELY makes this one of the greatest moves of all time and ain't nothing you can do about it

  • Comment removed

  • another one of his best moves is when he posterized Patrick ewing!

  • tracy, if the bulls were playing the lakers in the playoffs, it HAD to be the finals

  • LMAO......

    Pure logic, ain't it?

    LOL..........

  • That is funny!!! seem like he was nervous .....lol

  • @pjam07pjam how would someone on toronto know...lmao

  • @pjam07pjam Maybe he thought The Lakers where an East Coast team. LOL

  • @pjam07pjam

hey , he didnt go to college, give him a break LOL

  • @pjam07pjam he doesn't know man! he never passed firt round lol

now i feel sorry for tmac...

  • @pjam07pjam When he said finals, he meant the Championship series.

  • @pjam07pjam hey t-mac didnt go to college give him a break

  • @pjam07pjam LOLOL omg that was so fucking funny.. as soon as i read ur comment i started laughing.. tht was too funny
