what you are hearing is the air being dropped into the intake when letting off of the throttle. there is no spring to tighten. I do not have a blow off valve. it is a DIVERTER valve.

oh alright.. thats cool. i could not decide what size to get on mine i thought 18s for a while but the 19s look good on i am guessing, your car, i think ima go with 19s.. do you have problem with steering since they are wider? and what kind of a drop is that? .75 inch or 1.25 inch or something?
