This is ridiculous. They want accountability and this was the governments intention. This website was meant for the DEALER to log in and complete the transaction. The 'warning' is there in ensure that the deal goes forward knowing that weight of the responsibility he is taking. The dealers should be held accountable. Whats wrong with this?

His co-reporter Kim even gets it wrong by stating"here you are trying to be a good citizen and give a charitable contribution." It is a REBATE program. ANY dealership that uses this systems agrees to allow all of their DATA to be upload to the GOV. Including ANY information you gave the dealership about your employment, income, contacts, who your co-signor was... etc... This is a privacy issue to end them all.

1st Glen did not read the complete agreement. At 0:52 if you read further it says "Unauthorized or improper use may result in administrative disciplinary action"

So would screwing with the website be considered improper? Also this is on the dealer side. Consumers should not use the dealer interface because that could be considered improper or false because they themselves are not dealers.

Think about how the facts and agreement apply to the dealer and not the consumer.
