  • Nicely done. It seems a bit odd, though, given all your attention to detail in the layout, that you're running class 37s in Railfreight (1980s/90s) and EWS (1990s/2000s) liveries in a 1950s/60s setting.

  • This was my first layout based in a Hornby track plan now long gone. I just bought the locos I fancied at that time.

  • the modern bahcmann couplings are a swine to couple up even on the slightest curve as i could tell by your video

    old hornby where hideous but they where reliable

    like your scale speed movements

    very effective

    your video also shows the need to touch the sides of the rails up in rust colour to improve realism
