No, DC has sold more than TLC. TLC has only 45 million sold worldwide, and DC has over 60 million, you have to remember that they put out another album after they won this award. DC is the Guinness Book of World Records for most number one singles by a female group in history. SG has more worldwide sales (65 million, well maybe not anymore), but not more overall sales, worldwide sales do not include U.S. sales, that's where they closed the margin.
