  • This is what happens to a soft man held in captivity too long in D.C.!!!

Ron Paul, the champion of the constitution, was remained strong to his oath, unlike McCain. The GOP says they hate flip-floppers and liberals but they too were disloyal to the constitution and voted for this oath breaker. Real sad!

Freedom is popular! Spread the message!

  • Supporting*

  • Yeah this totally makes sense.

Not supported McCain, but this video addresses two completely different situations years apart.

    Constant principles, lol?

People can change their minds :P

    Politics can be quite humorous.

  • @thelast432 Consistent =/= Constant.

  • How the fuck can you compare America's involvement in the middle east with Haiti and Somalia? Was there ANY perceived, direct threat to the United States between those two? What are the implications of a complete withdrawl from the middle east when compared with the withdrawl of troops from Haiti and Somalia at that point? This has NOTHING to do with "[in]consistent principles" but an ability to adapt to different situations. I'm not in favor of McCain, but are you people stupid?

  • What a horrible candidate.

  • I can't stand McCain, but in fairness, he did what he had to do to get the 2008 nomination. Today's neo-con republicans party stands for violence, hatred, hypocrisy and a disastrous foreign policy. Even Pat Robertson endorsed Rudy Guiliani because of his chickenhawk beliefs on the Iraq war and disregarded their opposing views on abortion and marriage. Common-sense conservatives can't win support from the GOP, unfortunately, and Ron Paul proves that.

  • Ya'll Paulies support Putins terrorismk and agenda, ya'll and Mcpain are sickos. He sabotaged Vietnam and opened up trade with the communist tyranny and fucked our POWS memories.

But in this clip he was reffering to "peacekeeping" efforts taken by the Clinton admin aka the imposing of a communist tyranny in Haiti.

  • When did John McCain become a member of the Council on Foreign Relations?

  • lmao wait he turned younger

inthis one he dosen't need glasses

who reckons mcCain is an alian

  • 2 different wars dipshit

  • There just terrorist it has nothing to do with true Islam and anyone who knows anything about Islam knows this. Christians commit crimes all the time and know one calls them christian murders for example : KKK . Im a Muslim and when I see and hear people connect these things to Islam It disturbs me. Killing Innosent poeple is not Islam. So please hold these indiviuals responsible, not us Muslims who follow the Sunnah. The prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) would never approve such a thing.

  • so i bet u change ur mind to

  • McCain isn't a traitor, he is a politician. In his defense, which i take great displeasure in doing, Somalia and Haiti are coffee-stains on the map compared to the threat of radical islam, 9/11 proved that. Do any Americans love America anymore? If not, move to Germany, they already embrace the U.N.'s world-socialist views, and most of them speak english....i mean....sie sprecht Englisch.

  • drunkxpunk Somalia at the time of 1993 invasion had active Al Qaeda militants among the armed Somali groups....if you trully love America and what it stands for and stands against we will pull out of iraq pull out of Afghanistan, consult the UN, because as much as we try to discredit the UN it exists as a form of Global democracy

  • Always knew McCain was a traitor.

  • 94 wins

  • McCain urged and called for US troops withdrawal in Somalia. But does not want to see that in Iraq. In Somalia, their job is were no different from the job they are doing in Iraq. Restoring, securing, and help establish a government.

McCain is hunted by Somalia's ghost for abandoning it and now he lost his chance.

  • your comapring the war on terror with a conflict in Haiti - give me a break

  • dude do you relize how much shit happend 1n 14years this isnt even the same war

  • LOL RON PAUL

  • my friends.

  • embittered

  • even tho i am a huge obama supporter, these are two different situations. iraq has been a war thats lasted over 5 years whereas somalia and haiti were minor

  • to me, the main point is to remove american soldiers before more of them lose lives. i believe that was the point he was making for the 93-94 clip.

  • I miss the old John McCain. The "new" McCain that we have seen this election is a product of the idiots he had working for him. With that said, OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • If John McCain was the old McCain he would'nt of got nominated. I vote for him because I would think he would be in the middle of some things in the White House. I did like old McCain better. I'll admit that. But the thing is, some people are so blind, if John McCain stayed the old McCain, he would never have gotten recognized or nominated.

  • wow, 14 years. my mind has changed in days, you think someone keeps the same views all the time, let alone 14 years?

  • so he got smarter and learned throughout the years. thats a good thing. have you ever changed you mind over time??? hmmmm i wonder

  • was he born with with hair too?

  • vote mccain!!! if ure a dumb motherfucker

  • aw look how young he looks, not

  • jesus christ was this guy always old?

  • hey scscruzer - the US has done evil things too - like Nixon helping Pinochet come to power, like backing Apartheid South Africa for decades (they have a lot of crucial minerals we need) etc - I know you may want to see, hear, and speak no evil of the US - it's too shocking: like finding out your parents are splitting up because one has a new lover - but various administrations have had bad policies that hurt people in other countries -we have to grow up and admit it. We are not infallible.

  • very well said. so eloquent!

  • i liked him so much better then.

  • Surrender....RUN....Give Up....The Motto of Librals. How many times must we have a 9/11 for you people to understand the world is EVIL. We need to protect ourselves and our interests. Im tired of this libral run around BULLSHIT!!!!

  • Yeah let's police the world as our beautiful America collapses internally.

Aren't you a socialist yourself? Spreading democracy around the world.

  • you guys may not realize this but Somalia and Haiti are actually different places than Iraq and they required greatly different politics

  • Yeah....way more soldiers are dying in Iraq then were dying in Somalia and Haiti...which is kinda odd, since you'd think that would make McCain want to get us out of Iraq quicker...

  • Obama 2008!

    Ron Paul is cool too.

  • McCain is just a lousy old guy who thinks that American people are dumb. If you look at every speech he gives, you will notice how considers every point from his silly view of war. The word Fight is used by him more than any man I have ever listened to.

  • The difference between this and now is that we are beginning to win the war in Iraq. Sure it may have been a bad move in hindsight, but for how long we have been there and how close we are to restoring order and democracy, it would be a horrible decision to stop inches before the finish line and let all those trrops we have lost die in vain. Also, an interesting fact, more people have been murdered in Chicago within the last six months than soldiers in Iraq. Should we withdrawl from Chicago?

  • That would have to be one of the biggest oversimplifications and silliest comparsions..

  • Well then make your "simple" response to my "oversimplification" a more elaborate one.

  • The fact that there are 40 times more people in Chicago than soldiers in Iraq should tell you something. This war will NEVER end, because they haven't defined winning! The surge worked, troops should be coming home right? It's just more bullshit.

  • You can't "win" an occupation - and most Iraqis want us to leave, a lot never wanted us to invade, just give them covert help to get rid of Saddam - we know how to do that and they know it. The invasion of Iraq was made possible because so many Americans know so little about the Middle East and never met anyone from there.

  • NO actully they want us there! we are helping them build there country! get the facts stright!

  • Actually, they wanted us out a year ago

On May 10, 2007, 144 Iraqi Parliamentary lawmakers signed onto a legislative petition calling on the United States to set a timetable for withdrawal.[134] On June 3, 2007, the Iraqi Parliament voted 85 to 59 to require the Iraqi government to consult with Parliament before requesting additional extensions of the UN Security Council Mandate for Coalition operations in Iraq.[135]

  • some one pleast tell me about tonight's debate time?

  • Well I live in Pacific time.. and from what I have heard it will be at 5:00 pm Pacific time.. 8:00 pm Eastern

  • The election really has changed McCain. Didn't change Obama though.

God what a wonderful president McCain would be if he was still that person people respect him as being. All those attack ads though, his crowds turning more into lynch mobs by the second. That smug smile he puts on at every debate. I just don't understand it.

  • He is the same person, but he is being tactical about winning the presidency. Just like Obama is. They're both doing exactly what they think they need to do to win the white house. I mean, look at the primaries, Ron Paul clearly should have been the winner, but he didn't cater to the Republican views 100%. This angered many, even though he was telling the truth, and now he doesn't have a shot at the presidency. I am not a fan of either party. But I do have my opinions on individual issues.

  • Well I can't argue with that.

  • im voting for obama..but i respect the fact that mccain is more man then ron paul

  • RON PAUL IS THE SHIT!!!

    VOTE RON PAUL

  • ok i will!

naw i am not voing for a loner,

he would take all are money and run i bet you

    JK JK JK JK

    JOHN MCCAIN 2008

  • fucking old piece of shit , hope you die soon motherfucker

  • no one will win against anyone in 2012 because we will all die..

    december 21, 2012

    REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE

    its true..

  • Your an idiot LANDofCONFUSION.. I hope you die on 2012 from fear.. but I wont.. ill be here on Dec 22,23,4th, ect.. MORON!

  • landofconfusion.. just like judgement day was suppose to happen? and they keep changing and upping that date. it never came. common u cant tell me u believe in that bible thumping stuff?

  • John McShame has Alzheimer's disease he's F**king SICK in his mind

  • flip flop

  • What's uncertain here is the use of the words criterion and criteria. "What is the criterion, What should be the criteria is the immediate withdrawal from Somalia"

  • Jeepers back in '94 I'm pretty certain my own belief was that that the criterior was the immediate withdrawal of both men and semolians from Somaliyur. Just like now in terms of semolia, or was that a singular semolion. Stop making sense before considering voting republican.

  • if your country votes for this mad man that means that your people don't take lessons from errors of the past. So please vote Obama even if you don't like him, just vote against McCain. Voting for this dangerous man would destroy us all. this man doesn't care about you he has 10 years to live max, he's a product from oil companies and other big firms he doesn't give a fuck about you people he's just an other bush or an other capitalist tool that will destroy you to make more money for the rich

  • Lmao, blonds, young men afraid of a draft, black republicans who have changed sides just to elect a black man regardless of his qualifications will certainly elected Obama as the next president.

  • Uh...I don't know any Black republicans who expressed any interest in switching parties to vote for Obama.

  • kids!!!

  • No Way, No How, No McSame!

  • haha wow. so he supports a war now and dindint support one in 1994 and 1993? so what there different wars. obviously he believes we shouldnt have been there but believes we should be in iraq.. ok that means he does whats best. and about the debate. McCain destroyed obama. obama was on the defensive the entire time, mccain made much better points and obamas inexpiernce really showed

  • Grandpa Whitsletooth strikes again...

  • I wouldn't say Obama owned McCain. But McCain certainly showed how much he has sold out by attacking Obama again and again and again and never looking at Obama in the eyes ONCE during the debates. Not once. Hell! Obama had to be the first one to extend the handshake after the debates ended. McCain was too proud to do that. McCain really made himself look like a stereotypical arrogant Republican ass at the debates. I'm not even a huge Obama supporter.

  • Shit. He's been hypnotized by the Bush administration!

  • how old was this prick in 1994?!!!!!!!!!!!!

    72?

  • Er no, he's 72 now. 1994 was 14 years ago, so he'd be about 58 at the time. He is noticeably younger in that footage.

  • sell out!

  • yep people, john mccain has sold his soul to the neoCONS.

  • Holy crap he was old in 1994.

  • LOL!

  • What a terrible man!

  • This old man is nothing more than a pathetic sellout to the fundamentalist Republican extreme right (formerly called "the agents of intolerance" by McCain himself) who will say and do just about anything to become Prez, incl. pick an unqualified dingbat as VP to appeal to female voters solely based on gender. Any principles this pretend maverick ever might have had he sold down the river years ago. This man is a danger to American and the world.

  • One heart beat away! Who was born in 1884 and died of a heart attack in 1945 at age 61 ? Who was born in 1911 and died in 1981 of a heart attack when he was 70 years old? John S. McCain

  • I HATE IT WHEN THEY TRY TO GET OUR TREASURE! What?

  • what does 9/11 have to do with any of this?? Before 9/11 WE, the US, supplied weapons(our biggest export by the way) to Osama Bin Laden and trained his military. In 2001 he attacked us using OUR planes. Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction. We are paying 1 billion dollars a month for a war that should not have been. We are trying to make another country free while taking away our own civil liberties(Patriot Act). And it is accepted by the majority. I am not trying to bash you cougerkafoo,

  • I just want you to see things as they are.

  • I do understand what you are saying. But we do have several reasons for being in Iraq. 1 is that we helped put Sudam Hussien in power and helped keep him there for a while. We were responsible for many of the people he killed. 2 is that we needed a base there. I do not agree that the war is a mistake and i never will. It is very disrespectful to the troops to say that.

  • The reasons we are in Iraq is oil, nothing less. Do not believe the government. The constitution was put in place to protect the people from government tyranny, not to protect the government from the people. You can disagree with your government. It is not anti-patriotic. They do not have our best interests at heart. How many houses does McCain have? The last I heard it was 7. I don't own one. It is all about money and power. If WE had any brains Ron Paul would be the next president.

  • McCain was a great senator. Keyword: WAS. In order to have a chance at getting elected he lost most of his maverick values that we all liked. He sold out. Obama is much worse though. He is about the most useless politician on the planet except for maybe being a puppet for the democrats. He did NOTHING as a senator except vote YES on every gun control bill that was put before him. He voted "present" on over a hundred other bills. Not yes or no, but "present". like "yeah I'm here, whats this?"

  • im neither for or against mccain but... you cant change your mind over 14 years? im sure you dont hold the same opinions that you did 14 years ago.

  • Haiti doesn't have oil.

  • Video slow to load. Only some video's are slow to load why?

  • Haiti and Iraq are way different. This isnt a legit comparison.

  • hypocrite

  • How can you compare something 14 years ago to something today? The times, and situations during time can change you know.

  • USA is at war every 10-20 years. Yes, we can compare!

  • HE WANTS TO BE PRESIDENT!his political ambitions are transparent. in 2000 he described falwell and robertson as ageants of intolerance! now he prostitutes himself to dobson, robertson for whatever votes he can get. he was once somewhat of an environmentalist. now he would sell his soul to BIG OIL,GAS,COAL,NUCLEAR for whatever he could get out of them! so much for integrity!

  • If he is elected, it would be just like Medvedev with Putin...only worse.

  • I'd love to know where you heard Obama say for God to damm us. Really, I'm very intersted in this.

  • So, if John McCain makes an exception when he believes national secuity is concerned, he's being inconsistant?

Even though national security shouldn't have been concerned, and the actually threat from al Queda in Iraq is dubious at best, hes not really changing his mind

  • You seem to gloss over the fact he said for Somalia that "we don't need to be in a place for a long drawn out time." Yet, he suports us staying over in Iraq over awhile, maybe one hundred years. It is dealing with two different places, but there is a flip there.

  • This video needs to be aired on all the evening news editions!

  • DICK!

  • because no one's thoughts change in a period of fourteen years? or one year? anyone who has never second guessed them self in a period of that long scares me. Opinions Change. Someone who thinks the exact same way as they did fourteen years ago is too stubborn and thickheaded

  • Thats true. I'm glad America second guessed torture, the need for the constitution, socialism and habeus corpus. All those are SO old fashioned.

  • that was then, this is now in 2008!

  • Whoa... John McCain lost weight.

  • satan for president

  • Sorry. Term limits...

  • MCCAIN-GIULIANI 2008!!!!

  • Ugh. Ron Paul won't be the next president. It is impossible now. Its Barack or McCain. Choose.

  • i'm voting bob barr unless the republican party kicks john mccain out and nominates an actual republican. maybe in 2012 they'll nominate a republican.

  • FUCK mc cain (mc old).

  • Somalia and Haiti weren't the central battlegrounds of their generation, nor would the collapse of their governments have a huge effect on regional stability (as in Iraq). Plus, unlike if al-Qaeda wins in Iraq, they didn't have the capability to strike at the US.

So McCain takes different positions on wars under different circumstances, 15 years apart. Compare that to Obama, whose views and allegiances basically change by the week. (Campaign finance, anyone?)

  • LOL iraq doesn't have an air force.. how the hell could they strike us? and why would they want to? if they agressed against us we would wipe them off the map. we engaged in pre-emptive, undeclared, and illegal conflict with iraq, and we did it under false pretenses. there were no wmd's and no links to 9/11. it's a war for profit and oil, and it will be endless if the people who support it have their way. when did peace lose its popularity? fuckin war propaganda bullshit.

  • Because we're not fighting regular Iraqi forces now, we're fighting al-Qaeda.

The invasion is a sunk cost. The salient question now is, given the current state of things there, what do we do? McCain, correctly, says that we need to finish the job to make sure Iraq doesn't become another base for al-Qaeda.

  • i must respectfully say that i believe your last statement was retarded. what job are you talking about finishing? al qaeda? you mean the guys that our cia armed and trained? the usa doesn't give a shit about al qaeda or we would be in pakistan arresting osama bin laden, bush's buddy. you're seriously misinformed about the issue. iraq has nothing to do with al qaeda. have you been watching bill o'reilly's spin zone? let's bring the troops home folks, before our US dollars aren't worth shit.

  • "Al-quaeda in Iraq" is just a generic term for foreign fighters the Saudis allowed to come into Iraq and shoot American soldiers. Know who hates them? The Iraqis. Let THEM get foreigners out of their own damn country. They want US out, too!

McCain doesn't have a clue about Sunnis or Shiites or the middle east. He just knows how to make war... sort of.

  • Wow... I'm was in awe watching this clip.. especially the last 30 seconds

  • If you really think Israel will let Obama stop the invasion of Iran, you're really on something.

  • LOL meak you're so right :D

  • i love when politicians pwn themselves.

but to be fair mccain was just being a good partisan republican. he is anti-war when it's a democrats war and prowar when it's a republican war... looks to me like both parties do the same thing. how about a REAL party of peace.

i would be surprised if obama

    1. stops the iraq war

    2. keeps out of another war (iran, pakistan, syria)

frankly i doubt he lives up to both requirements of a pro peace candidate. but i will keep hope alive for one more election.

  • kind, i would be surprised as well, especially because Obama has voted multiple times to fund the war in iraq and other overseas military operations. he also voted for the patriot act.

  • mccain needs an exorcism

  • Cheney has voodoo'd McBush... McCain.

  • Obama '08!

  • John McCain should go and work at I-Hop. All the flip-flopping will be better used on pancakes.

  • McStupid only likes invading and occupying oil-producing nations.Haiti & Somali have no oil...

  • Wow John McCain Is One Of Those "APPEASERS" George W. Bush Was Talking About In Israel.

How Can He Now Say US Soldiers Dying In Iraq For No Good Reason Is The Way It Should Be.

John McCain = A Fool And A Fraud

End The Bush/McCain Drama Vote For Obama!

  • WarningTrack -

No one was trying to "fool" anyone.

But you clearly missed the major premise that the principle of leaving an abysmally propagandized, planned and performed action - and Congress' concomitant right and obligation to force the president do so, even against his wishes - is NOT a foreign idea to McCain.

  • SolNeedAName48,

You are right man!!! You are SOOOOOO Right!

  • McCain: For withdrawal before he was against it.

  • Um, seriously? You're comparing Iraq to Haiti or Somolia? Seriously?

  • But a patriot always supports their country in a time of war, thats the neo-con line right? From the video we can clearly see that McCains in favour of immediate withdrawal, and therefore that means he's against the troops.

  • yeah youre right iraq is way worse. more u.s. soldiers have died, and thats why they should get them the fuck out of there ASAP!

  • Someone explain to me what Haiti has in common with Iraq. I don't recall Haiti sponsoring terrorism, invading other countries, using poison gas on their own people, having terrorist training bases, having rape rooms, and dropping people into shredders feet first. Either I'm missing something or it's true that liberalism is a mental disorder.

BTW, did Obama ever make it to all 58 states? Did he ever shake hands with the "fallen heroes" in the NM audience? BTW Sen. Obama, Iran has 1/4 the US pop.

  • Hey Bob you do know that AMERICA DOES HAVE OVER 50 TERRITORIES if you count places like Guam, Samoa, Puero Rico etc, right?

"I don't recall Haiti sponsoring terrorism, invading other countries, using poison gas on their own people, having terrorist training bases, having rape rooms, and dropping people into shredders feet first.

I don't recall the excuse for Iraq war has anything to do with that at all.

I thought it was about the WMD, so where are they?

So who has mental disorder again?

  • Good one Senator McCain.

  • this is fantastic.

  • times change. obama has not even benn in congress long enought to change his mind. :)

    :( :o

  • go fuck yourself McBush, Mr. Flip-Flop

  • Holy shit Mccain sounded like Ron Paul right there.

Talking about withdrawals and the Constitution.

Just goes to show how full of shit politicians are.

  • I love how all you right wing wackos troll the YouTube Comments: and pretend you're all Hllary lovers.

Get off the "Double Talk Express" and show your true colors.

McCain is gonna get verbally owned in debates by Obama.

For all you REAL political junkies out there: McCain would get destroyed in the House of Commons. Why? He is a stumbling, mumbling, bumbling old fool.

    Proof: /watch?v=ioy90nF2anI

  • NcCain used to be a good guy. Now he's just another Bush looking for his own World War.

You guys wanna pay $15 for a gallon of gas by 2013?

Then I say, "GO FOR IT!" Vote John McCain "Path to Extinction"

Everyone in the Republican party are desperate to get dirt on Obama they are making a FOX News Network effort and making things up.

Obama will beat McCain on issues alone. But if GOP wants to do a gaffe war, then that is a war McCain will lose!

    watch?v=UsqDAafTaFc

  • Well you better hope that the "terrorists" doesnt win then bitch, cus im coming to murder your family and rape you

    ALLAHU AKBAR!

  • lol of course :) by an pro obama dude.lol.ANd you wonder why you people lose. Laugh my ass off AMerica is way more right wing then left.even if obama wins this election in 2008 you will watch the bigest upset in history in 2012 by Mitt Romney, just like 1984 it will happen Demacrats only last 1 term with a gop landslide that follows unless its a moderate like bill clinton. The gop will take back the house and senate in 2010 too if obama wins

  • I'm going to make a nice little call to My good old pal Mr. Bush and let him know about your little comment. I hope you like Cuba because after I get off the phone you will have a first class ticket to Guantanamo bay. You get to be with all your dirty Muslim friends yippee.lol USA STEPS ON U :)

  • no the USA steps on you because this is OUR COUNTRY not yours.. I love muslims they aren't my enemy. Bush and the Corporations are my enemy. We take them out by getting them on trial for war crimes and regulate huge conglomorates who are very UN American

  • hahahahahaha

make sure when you call bush you send pictures and slur your words jsut so he can understand you fucktard!

  • We need a principled PRESIDENT McCain blows with the changing WIND> McCain is senile & ignorant and WAAAAAY too old, and worse for the New World Order

just like ObamaRamaDrama & Clinton Go WIN

    R O N P A U L cause you got no real competition.

just a trio of NWO idiots.

  • Come On Obama !!!!

  • So who cares, he has a right to change his mind. Plus, Iraq is not Haiti or Somalia.

  • As time changes, so does policy.

  • Thats quite a "progressive" stance.

  • You coulda done the same thing with 2004 McCain... turncoat.

  • Mccain needs to reconsider dropping out of the race. He's not a viable choice and is just taking votes from Ron Paul. Paul is the only choice we have at this point.

  • If anything, alot of people had prior knowledge, alot of people cancel flights, insider trading, fbi still has not filed report about the trading, plenty of things to look into,to much gag order going on by bush admin.,if there was nothing to hide, why not open up all channels.

  • Well if you believe 19 terrorists were the only one involved then you might just be a dunce.

Until the pentegon shows some more video, especially the overpass showing the area perfectly that the plane hit.

Has anyone been arrested for 911,what about where the money came from?

Whoever thinks WT7 came down from just a fire burning is a really big dunce, other steel skyscrapers have burned for days and never fell, and how come WT3-6 did not fall, they were damaged/burning more than WT7.

  • Congrats.. great video !! Now GI Joe ... well grandpa GI Joe, wants to appear as RAMBO in front of the audience..
