I think it looks like a shadowy figure that is up on top of something. He seems to get there before the man and then follow the man after. The man dosn't seem to do anything important or something he might do on a regular basis so it's weird how the shadowy figure is there at that specific time waiting for him. This looks to me that it maybe a type of shadow person. From what I understand they are not nice to deal with at all. It is disturbing to me how attracted the entity is to the person when they got close to it. The homeowner may want to have the house blessed, or contact a paranormal group that specializes in malevolent spirits, or inhuman entities.
It almost looks like someone is on the neighbor's roof and thats his shadow, the shadow on the ground is not the fence its straight and the fence is rounded.
this is filmed outside my moms cousins house the whole family is convinced the house is haunted the animals go crazy for no apparant reason and the reason this was filmed was because the owners thought kids were messing about outside there house so they filmed and watched thats why the guy goes out cuz can see the mist on screen
