@cabokid59 -- if I recall, the chords are C, Cmaj7, then F. A lot of the finesse notes come from the keyboard, but you can hammer around on the F to get the exact sound on the album, particularly if you're running a little flange or phase into the mix.

this was one of the first 8 track albums I bought as a teen with my first car. I listened to it quite often and remember the time with great affection. The car was a 1969 dodge dart (2door), lite green with mag wheels and a black vinyl interior...the sounds of eddie money and foriegner spewed from it like smoke wherever I went...ahhh good times!!!

Still have all Eddie's albums on vinyl. This song was extremely well produced, the guitars are so clear and playing off each other. A great first album.
