From what I can see in this vidjya clip, some girl in a black hoodie did something (out of frame) that caused a police officer to chase her down, and in the process, some bystanders tried to prevent the police from doing their job (catching her)..and they got knocked over . When police ordered other bystanders to "back up"---to prevent further violence---one guy chose to finish his chalk drawing(?) instead of obeying the police officers' command to back up. What am I missing?

I guess it's pretty easy to forget the cops that ran into the WTC towers without a second thought & died trying to save lives. Or the countless cops dying of cancer and other lung ailments after inhaling chemicals at Ground Zero while searching for survivors & clearing the wreckage. I watched the TV thing on this and said one cop had a head injury and another a knee one. I see one guy (grey sweater) get basically head tackled to the ground by two cops and the girl getting ass pounded by the first cop into the chair.
