why does Megalosaurus only have 200 technique instead 1000

HP1000 TP1000,1100 is normal case.

so secret is super stronger than normal HP2000 dinos (gold dinos) for its super move.

and TP is important factor fof its frequency to move super move.

TP200 is enough to win........
