Clannad gives me hope for the future. I'm not in a very distant situation than Tomoya (prior to meeting Nagisa), and despite all the troubles he went through, he was able to find a "family" and love. That's what life is about, it isn't what you own or your background, but the interactions with people and the care you have for others. I hope I'm lucky enough to find someone as great as Tomoya did, because than I can embrace life for what it's worth, and stop being so dam self-denying.

The other night I rewatched a few of the, well, most emotional episodes, to say without spoilers for anyone, and it didn't hit me as hard as it ever did the first time.... In fact, the first time, I pulled an all nighter watching most of After Story because I couldn't stop, and Nagisa... and then Ushio, by the time I thought Ushio as well I was going to go hang myself O.o" but then thankfully it didn't end the way I thought. Still, want that same emotion over.
