Everyone always comments on the revolutionary, futuristic design of the Vulcan but, to me, it's the Victor that looks like something from Star Wars.

engineering, well you sir obviously do not understand the complexity of such marvels of aviation.

Engineering means designing, building, constructing, testing, that sir is engineering and that is what the video is about now please go away before i say something else.

So this is where i heard that phrase from (the Russian Compliment of the Vulcan), it stuck in my mind (& i've recited it many times) but i couldn't remember where precisely i'd encountered it first.
