wouu!!!!!! jamas me imagine hacerlo de esta manera, es mas facil , te ahorras un monton de tiempo al tratar de medir la tela cuanto l vas a dejar en cm etc y al final siempre sale chueco, muy buena idea, gracias.
I have always used a bias binding maker (without a problem) but this is a GREAT idea! Would it help if you used two needles a couple of inches apart to feed the tape through to keep the folds even?
Wow, I found this so much easier than using a bias binding maker - I could never feed the fabric in evenly. Then I'd end up with horrible uneven tape that was a nightmare to attach. Not only is this easier, but now I can custom make the width of my tape too! Thanks so much, a really worthwhile video :)
Great! The bias tape from my pattern is too narrow and I didn't have a larger tape making tool. I was dreading having to make my own without one. You're a genious! Thanks for sharing.
What a clever tip! I actually have a couple of bias tape makers but thought I needed to go buy another one. I'm going to try this trick instead. Thank you for posting it!
This is exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't sure I wanted to drive 20 minutes tonight, just to buy an 8 dollar bias tape maker. Thank you for the time you've saved me!
AWESOME! Thanks

As I was reading the comments, A comment was made about the needle used.
I have some long doll making needles, which is what i'll be using to do this technique. My smallest is about 4 inches long.
