A good lecture, typical academic social work stuff. In real life you don't have time to do all of this prep work and besides the practitioner should only be asking one question. " who does this really benefit. the client or the agency" Besides In most agencies the data is not accurate. anybody can make anything look good. Start where the client is at and go from there. Social work 101
