I am almost 300 lbs. and have ridden my diggler around Southern Hills peaks to Top of the hill Daly City with only a slowdown on the steep portions using lead acid batteries, which is about 50 lbs extra. If I went to lithium, and I dropped a few pounds, this scooter is an ass kicker...It's expensive, but rides well, only drawback is the lame handlebars.

a gas scooter can get 100 MPG. they are much cheaper to own. BATTERY's can be VERY expensive to replace. they are faster too, and ligther.

digglers this design with low center of gravity is good for control probly if diggler will design next alloy frame it will be batter and 2 stage motor for use 48v/72v sift switch for qick pickup/up climb and rest use 48v for urban ride and batt amp/h saving and rear dics also

He have tried to use a rear disc brake but the ones offered had a poor design and less stopping power. The frames are made of I believe 6061 alloy aluminum. The reason for the design we offer now is the lower cost, better batteries, and switches are available but they are a lot more expensive

I just test road one of these today, it was great! they realy haul ass and handle nicely. I heard they can be rigged to go up to fifty mph with doubled battery packs.

It's a 72 volt apposed to the 48 volt. The 72 cost more, but everyone who has the 72 volt is blown away by the power it puts out, and if you don't use the throttle to much it will go 20 plus miles.
