@hysmofyteligok It's not a mod, it's a glitch of sorts. Whenever you pass certain spots in the game, the characters will converse amongst themselves. The bridge in orzammar just happens to be the easiest one to find and use.

Its called Improved Atmosphere and you can get it on Bioware or Nexus!!
