  • i have this gutitar too

  • this is exactly what i want to see in a guitar demo! most demos are just egotistical guitar masturbation from a wannabe shredder who wants to prove he's teh br00talz metallz or some old guy playing subdued jazz and white boy blues licks. none of those actually display how the guitar sounds. how hard is it to play a couple of chords with a pick?! but i digress, Nice Job. if this used a better mic it would be perfect.

  • @stratocaster1996 I agree. Chords and subtle effects bring out the sound of the guitar so much better then shredding.

  • He looks like johnny greenwood and has the guitar to boot

  • silverface bassmans are the best bang for the buck, I picked a bassman 100 up with a 4*12 cab cheaper than a deluxe reverb, and the bassman sounds way better than any deluxe reverb, 4*12 rocks as well, monster tones for the money like

  • You fuckin rock man !

  • thanks for the wide range of licks!

  • Wonderful review; my mind is set, I'm buying a Tele! :D

Anyone know the song he was playing at 6:28?

  • @ZachZiggster who says - john mayer :)

  • @GuitarxBreaker Awesome! Thanks a lot! :)

  • where the streets have no name..........!

  • I detected a Dustin Kensrue song in the video, so you already got me liking you and your video!

  • Yea you did good and thanks for the demo. I wana get one of those myself ha

  • haters this isn't a guitar playing showcase. first of all. no one came to see a show and he must be a good guitar player to understand how amazing this guitar is. so buzz off. Short Scale you did a wonderful job showcasing this beautiful guitar, i shall be getting one soon, totally love it!

  • playing is mostly terrible but the demo itself is really good because of the showcase of a pretty wide range of sounds that this lil guitar can produce. so thumbs up!

  • Comment removed

  • that really is terrible playing.

  • these guitars are far far far better then they should be...

I have REALLY REALLY upscale guitars, and i wont say they are on par, but dollar for dollar they sure do compare... If you are on a budget, this or an OLP mm1 would be the way to go for sure.

  • what happend to the original guy? if you dont mind me asking

  • That Bassman sounds superb. A person could play an entire set with that tone. Clean with a little breakup when you lean into a chord. What kind of cabinet are you using and what kind of speakers?

  • เล่นได้ดีนะ แต่ไม่ชอบคนเล่น

  • actually, the electronics are not full sized.

  • helter skelter!!!! yeah yeah yeah yeah!!!

  • @meadish thanks man

  • sweet daytripper

  • hey man can the sound of the tele be fat like a gibson????cus im planning to get this on my bday or the classic vibe 60s strat

  • @TheStormtrooperrr Not really, the wood used in the guitars as well as the pickups means they sound quite different from each other, a Gibson Les Paul or SG is naturally darker and meatier whereas the Tele is naturally brighter and twangier. But with the help of a good amp and EQ / Fuzz / or a Big Muff-style pedal or plugins, you can make a Tele sound quite fat when distorted, too.

  • @TheStormtrooperrr put a hotrails humbucker in it and it will be

  • Nice, I love the Black Keys haha

Good demo, this is just what I needed. Pretty good playing too.

I'm think of buying this guitar because it sounds good and won't cost me a fortune. But after that, I'm saving up for a Gibson LP custom silverbust. I just need something sooner than that hahaha

  • pickups are alnico III, by the way. the classic vibe 50's has alnico V.

  • Awesome demo man, my favorite is the u2 stuff , good job, keep up the good work. don,t listen to negative stuff, just play on brother, ron

  • where the streets have no name

  • Hi Good demo, im thinking of getting one of these1 By the way, what effects pedals are you using?

  • @albe0305 But a no hand man, cannot physically play, unless is tapping notes and chords with one hand. This guy, defiantly has two hands and can play. Notice that the word used to making sounds with the guitar is "play" and not "needs to be absolutely perfect". If you can do better that may be opinion of fact, but either way, why should you come on here and just start hating on him because isn't Keith Richards, Jimi Hendrix, Jimi Page, Eric Clapton, or Stevie Ray Vaughn.

  • @gundudeman or dont forget eric johnson !

  • @gundudeman no much word the difference is that he make noise not play how you say

  • @gundudeman Not true. There is a video of an armless man playing a guitar with his feet right here on Youtube.

As to the guitar. There is a lot of cheap shit on it. But it's a good base to improve upon for not a lot of money.

  • Nice Helter Skelter cover. Great playing and demo. I think I need to get one of these.

  • Good review, I was looking for someone to play something other than blues or country (not a bad thing, but i just wanted to hear it played in a rock, and other styles). So thanks. I think Ill get this guitar in the Vintage blonde coloring.

  • HOT!!! i'm SO gonna get myself one of these... soon... soon i hope!

  • what's the song at 6:30?

  • @FuckingStanz john mayer's "Who Says"
