I dunno if you realized it but are exposing your entire neck before you start wrapping the hijab. Alot of other sisters on youtube do it too. They do tutorials and dont notice they are showing either their neck or arms. I just wanted to point that out because it is haram and we have to be covered from head to toe, only the face and hands should be seen.

With regards to the makeup, Allah Ta Alla (God ) says that we (man and woman) should lower our gaze. I don't think it matters if she had a clown face, the fact is that you shouldn't be looking and you should control your thoughts be it envy or lust. That is your issues not hers.
