  • @pedrof830 You're so right. This is the groovest thing ever.

  • Better than the original, the rhythm section is out of this world. Barry White was an under appreciated musical genius.

  • Talk about nostolgic soul it dont get no better!!chacka69 Bless all 4 2012!!!

  • Finally a better quality version!! Thanks.

  • How many children of the 70s were conceived while Mr. White was playing?

  • Nice to see this video up again. One of my favorite songs from the '70s. So stirring and moving.

  • this masterpiece hasn't even been attempted in this form..True music will and must go back to the origin of the art;which is Music..

  • I remember hearing this on easy listening radio, and was always enchanted, enthralled and bit emotional hearing this lavish orchestral production. Now almost 35 years later Im learning and playing the accompanying violin. I use this video of the orchestra to learn the playing techniques. Like other reviewers mentioning never gets old. Well I say, its helping me quickly learn how to play this style of soulful violin! I want to keep the love going with my violin! signed bored aircraft mechanc

  • Years later and song never gets old. N plenty more years to come n somg still will not get old

  • My weddingsong!!! I'll Never Change it ... :-)))

  • I wish I were there!

  • speechless!

  • No competition...period.

  • aaaaaaaa very special person. luv what you gave us they gave us the temp plate to good music. what know

  • SIMPLEMENTE ESPECTACULAR!!

  • ESPECTACULAR!!

  • We will never have another like Barry who could write and sing like he did, especially now that they are phasing music out of schools. We are losing something everyday when we doing crap like that. Sure kids today can do music, but they cannot actually write it on music paper.

  • total and utter perfection - Barry and co - you live with me forever mate, my heart and sould since i fisrt fell in love age 15, you are always with me even though the girls just disappear. bless you

  • Miss ya! Barry. Thanks for the countless masterpieces in which you created. NO ONE has taken your place yet!!!

  • only one man does beat like this and it's him :D

  • One of the most dynamic insrtumentals of The 70's; Too bad they don't make them like this anymore.

  • one of the most beautiful songs ever written^^

  • Oh yah!

  • This will never get old because it is heads and shoulders above anything being produced today. Music back then was art - not a gimmick.

  • I still remember putting this tape in my 8-track!

  • SooooooooooouL Brother Baarry!

  • Super!!

  • This seems like it was the beginning of all of the Disco music sound that followed it.

I recognize the drummer playing the exact same beat that JigSaw would later do in the song Sky High. That's just one example of the myriad of songs that had the same beat and orchestral sound.

  • Maestro!

  • Musical creative giant!

  • Amazing.....: )

  • Cathay pacific!!!!

  • The best instrumental to ever make it into the top forty ever from one of tghe greatest musical arrangers and the greatest basso profundo of all time. I wish more kids got the chance to listen to what real music sounds like. Barry beats Herbie Hancock to death.

  • This song will always have a special place in my heart. Just fantastic!

  • Incredible !

    THANKS FOR POSTING!

  • Great !

  • Underrated genius!

  • As good as it gets, groundbreaking, paradigm shift in our brains! Consider, we had guys like Barry White, Curtis Mayfield, and Isaac Hayes coming up with stuff like this.

  • @LesbianVampireLover Incredible, wasn't it?!?

  • gente... eu nunca me canso de assistir a esse video! é simplesmente uma coisa linda!!

  • It's even more fun to watch the people dance in their tasteless hilarious clothes.

  • Impecable, sencillamente irreproducible hoy día

  • Great to see Barry conducting...Giving it large ;0) My all time fav instrumental

  • This is real music, with that funky orchestra fusion!

  • awesome

  • AWESOME! THANKS FOR POSTING!

  • This is also my all time favorite instrumental!! Its fun to acutally see the orchestra.

  • This is one of my all time favorite instrumental themes and I think this performance is utterly fantastic -- but I don't think I could ever imagine myself dancing to it. ;)

I'd love a mastered copy of this to listen to on my home system!

  • !!!

  • French Horns Roooooock!!!!!!!

  • awesome

  • Okay can anyone tell me of any artist today who could pull off a soulful, electric and sensual piece of music with a full orchestra and no vocals.. I think not ... you GO Barry

  • @eceaser45 I think pulling off soulful, sensual piece of music with a full orchestra and no vocals would have been difficult even back then. This score simply happens to be extraordinary, one in a million. I doubt even Barry White himself could have produced another Love's Theme now, had he been alive.

  • Didn't want that to end, ..so good.

  • Dancing to this song with a good partner was the closest I ever came to flying.....without a plane

  • @lorrainegate Well stated.

  • @lorrainegate -- you got that right!
