Debbie is amazing! As a psychologist, I know that she completely understands the process of developing self-efficacy in children as learners and acheivers. Well done!
I've seen a lot of presentations about kids in the middle, and Debbie's are the very best. She's funny---often hysterically funny--but listen closely to her messages. You won't find a more inspiring keynoter.....Debbie does indeed "get it"--and she helps other teachers get it too. My state middle school organization LOVES to bring Debbie to Minnesota---our conference attendance soars!
I grew up and still work in the LA town Debbie taught in for many years. I can't tell you the number of people she has made a positive impact on. (Me included, maybe even especially) You can mention her name and eyes light up. If everyone thought and taught like she does, the world would be a much better place. We love Debbie here, I wish she had never left. BTW... I always wondered where my first pair of glasses went! Now I know... LOL
Miss Debbie, you're a rock star. Love the video! Love Rhodeena Culsmucker! I knew you had an alter ego. Well done. Nice to see you doing what you do best....talking about KIDS!

Debbie is great. She can get teachers to be reflective about themselves without offending them! She is hilarious and knowledgeable.

Refreshing, true, fun, and right into the heart of the educator. Love this stuff, and I highly recommend it to any school.
