@Phyle9 Lately I have been doing mono meals for breakfast and lunch. For dinner I make simple salads. The lasagna is good, but it contained garlic. That is something that I will try to stay away from for the next couple of weeks while re-building my body after the water fast. I will probably also try avoiding it in the future as well. It is not good for our bodies. The body tries to get rid of it as fast as it can...and you can easily smell that :)
Looks great. I'd definitely just drink the extra water right off the side of the plate like an animal.
