  • E A R G O S M !

  • I thought I could not be surprised any more by "new flamenco" players. Now I realise just how wrong I was. Thank you very much for sharing. This is masterful!!!

  • Vicente and the guitar are ONE. HE is the instrument.

  • This is bringing music into storytelling. Soo far away from any technical barriers.

Its art and it's very beautiful.

    Kind regards

    Per Lindhof

    Guitarist and composer

  • We are lucky to be able to listen to talent like this.

  • So profound and beautiful. I love rock and jazz and everything in between but flamenco guitar players are the true and most pure artists of the guitar. Thank god for music.

  • Vicente amigo NO ES HUMANO... toca demasiado bn!!!!!!!

  • Vicente Amigo debe ser un Elfo.

  • I am forever envious of anyone who can play guitar like this. Perfect combination of beauty and technique.

  • i like it , it so beautiful !

  • greatest !

  • Feliz mañana!

  • i love flamenco than clasic guitare ..!!

  • omg, it turned me on!

  • @juegopoquito JAJAJAJJAJAJAJJAJAJJAJJAJAJAAA QUE WEON MAS WEON!!!!! JAJAJAJAJAAA!!!! ELLA, LA ENTENDEDORA! JAJAJAJJAA!!!!

    tu me manques

  • oh my god,,

  • magnifique

  • Amazing!

  • süper

  • Perfect.....

  • PERFECTION .......

  • The last 40 seconds were just too deep to understand....just perfect !! wow

  • sin palabras, es un genio !!!

  • and since im a musician whos experienced playing both classical and flamenco

i will say that both are equally difficult in their own way.

in classical music, depending on what period music you are playing, for example baroque music is difficult to get both harmonies played equally.

and what makes a flamenco musician talented is how he puts his emotion into the music, while maintaining a smooth rhythm.

  • you guys are making a big deal.enjoy the fucking beautiful music

  • Since he was a boy, he has done this with the guitar, like Paco. His main and foremost teacher was Manolo Sanlucar, who is very classical, but Vicente plays more flamenco puro!

  • @armandorms Musically they cant compare, i agree, cause they're different, but technically modern flamenco is harder to play BY FAR than most of classical tunes. Did you know where the flamenco came from? its a fussion between spanish music and arabian (Mora) music (710 after christ), it has very old roots. Musically are different (no one is better) but technically flamenco requires more skill, obviously Vicente would never say that because some people get offended just like you. Saludos

  • Masterpiece ! This is music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • he's amazing!

  • he's amazing!

  • Such lovely variations of emotions in just one song.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • Vicente Amigo is GOD !!!!!

  • This is NOT human!!

I've watched this video many many times, and every single time I hear those first notes my hole body relaxes and I fell his music touching my soul and twisting my belly all around the world!!

  • @samlovesjack2

I do love the subdued melody in the song, but I often find the flamenco runs in the song to overcome the presentation. And though I know this is how the song is presented(not trying to change it), but I find myself wanting to hear less runs and more melody from this magnificent performer.

  • Saw this man live in holland yesterday night, mind = blown.

  • It's just ridiculous how fast this guy is sometimes, and it looks like he's not even trying. Beautiful!

  • two dislikes!!!!! blasphemy

  • @manmademan1983 i bet those two, accidently hit the dislike button, due to tears in their eyes, cause they where so deeply touched by this masterpiece/performance ...

  • Performing Live in Cordoba, Spain his piece "Callejon de la luna"..with la soléa tio arango al final

  • éxelente musique"

    bravo amigo!!

  • i rarely have heard something more beautifull.

  • only other human that comes close to PDL

  • brilliant

  • he is amazing

  • I'm a Rock,Progressive...Fan,but i think Mr Vicente is Outstanding Musician;it's just amazing the emotion that he trescend into and with his guitar,it's just Magical. Not just 5 stars but 9 planet for me.See yaa!!

  • vincent is really amazing, did he play in any trio's that i might not know about?

  • If you got the chance????? consider yourself a lucky lucky person!!!! HE has got to be the most amazing guitar player in history! you name a better, and I will conceed!

  • @nobic0213

Paco de Lucia. You stupid fuck. Even Vicente himself said that Paco is the best that ever played the instrument. Paco, then everybody else. But Vicente and Gerardo Nunez are the only one's who are close to him.

  • @Marko021guitar ....very smart respond ,you always acting like that ? Paco de Lucia make laugh ,this guy is amazing

  • @Marko021guitar apprientice can do better than his master, no matter what Vincente says, he is just humble.

  • sorry, concede

  • I love it to death! Bravo!!!

  • out of this world..

Is it just me, or is Vicente actually starting to look like Paco as he gets older?

Vicente... Much Love.... So much Feelings...

So now... Fuck all ya classical guitarplayers... this flamenco... feel the shit and back up!

  • Maybe you had a 'duende' overdose and couldn't really think properly, but flamenco guitar as a style has taken huge influence from "classical" (this is a very, very broad term) guitar tradition. Many pieces of Sabicas and such legends, for instance, could pass as "classical" as far as technique and structure are concerned. Classical guitar is every bit as demanding and "feelings" as la guitarra flamenca and to even enter into the area of somehow ranking them is just not serious. Lo siento, tío.

  • Maybe you´re right.. I had and have still a "duende"...

But you know what... once upon a time...before we evolve into humans, there was neanderthals ;)

    in this spirit,

OLÉ AND TAKE IT EAZY BRO...

  • ..and before them there were other hairy dudes wonering around, watching Youtube.

    May duende bless you, chreers.

  • Shahin jan,

it's not right to say that flamenco is superior to classical guitar, I've played classical guitar for over 7 years and I've been playing flamenco for the past three years. Classical guitar is one of the foundations of Flamenco.

  • Sure you can't compare the two. But classical isn't a foundation of flamenco. Flamenco is a totally different appraoch on guitar playing.

  • definately, the flamenco rasquedo's for example are very different approach to guitar then classical, and some of the golpe techniques and lots of other stuff actually

my flamenco teacher points out and corrects my classical technique all the time

  • @janwillem22 Actually flamenco playing is much harder than classical playing....by far.

  • no dude, Flamenco was born from Andaluces in the region of Andalucia and it was formed when Arabs conquered Spain over 500 years...I´m sure Flamenco is older that classical guitar :P

Correct me if I´m wrong please XD

  • I think it's a blend of more than just Arabic music.

    There's spanish, jew, gypsy...

  • Comment removed

  • Flamenco and classical guitarists are evolving and learning a little from each other. As a classical guitarist, I have learned from flamenco. Also, I have learned from South American players (they have their own approach). On the other hand, flamenco players like Vicente Amigo have acquired a better tone and a variety of "colors of sound", something that was always a highlight of good classical guitarists.

  • hooooooooostia

  • it makes me cry, crazy, happy... wow...

    La Guitarra Flamenca....

  • Ollleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Vicente.... Ole....

  • SIN COMENTARIOS.una obra maestra ¡¡

  • Vicente your Flamenco guitar does transcend what other great flamenco guitar players have achieved with their instrument. We, those who play "a little", do recognize how far you have taken the guitar, and how beautiful it feels to listen to your inspirations..Thank you!

  • Nothing can make me feel better than Vicente's music. May God bless you Vicente...

  • Ole! VA is THE future of Flamenco.

  • great music, great guitarist

  • Will somebody tell him how incredibly and seriously seek he is? :))) Bravo Vicente, you don`t need anybody. He`s got some contact with guitar ... I can`t see the things I hear when he plays. VICENTE !!!!

  • You are very perceptive. What does seek mean?

  • Seek means not feeling very well, but also as a state of mind it could mean NOT NORMAL. That`s why smiley is there.

  • Oh, sick with a Spanish accent. He is above normal, my friend. His communication is exquisite. He reaches in and grabs the heart right out of its cage.

  • Esta pieza me encanta me parece sencillamente acojonante.Aupa vicente amigo!beti zurekin

  • for me he's the Chopin of guitar...Great composer

  • @dairenshi I'm sorry... I really can't and not many could imagine to compare him to Chopin! If anything more mainstream, I would say he's the modern Paganini of the guitar. He's a cannon!

  • @dgparent001 You are not a real musician, just be quiet and listen!!!

  • @dairenshi CERTAINLY AGREE
