@amccoy428 Sure...a balance of complex carbs to replenish glycogen levels and lean protein to repair muscle and stimulate growth is best :) Be well. Alycia
This is super insightful. Everyone should keep in mind that genetics also play a part in cholesterol levels but by far, it's also what you're taking in and activity levels. My total cholesterol tends to linger around the 140-150's mg/dl for the most part BUT my HDL is usually in the 40's mg/dl. I've had my HDL in the 60's before and noticed that I was usually eating a lot healthier/cleaner around that time. Lastly, it's also good to keep an eye on Triglycerides being that they play a major part
Well, as a Spanish, I have on my diet olive oil everysingle day. Instead of sugar I take honey in my breakfast, I don't skip a meal and I love nuts as well. Thank you for your tips...!!!
I totally understood the HDL numbers and stuff this time, I'm definitely going to take into consideration this since maybe I was doing a lot of cardio but not taking care of eating the healthy fats to have a good cardiovascular system working better to lose weight properly and improve my health
I really have no clue what number it should be =/ the only way to get our numbers checked is going to the doctor right ?
