Although I am a big Tom Petty fan, I completely disagree.

Firstly, because Tom Petty can't sing - and hey, i like a lot of artists that can't sing, there are many redeeming qualities.

But these people CAN sing, and have a good arrangement of what is really an incredibly mediocre ditty.

It is a great "john mayer" cover but I wish people would put more of "tom petty's" version... whether you like or not they are two completely different songs. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time during this video waiting for one of them to hit the big note... it is obvious that they could with those amazing vocals... that is why John Mayer's version comes in second place in my opinion (too easy).... I am sure some 14 year old will yell at me for that but oh well. Otherwise, perfect :)
