It makes sense to have Sora and his Nobody's theme in Ventus' theme, since Ventus is essentially part of both young boys. Or at the very least he is a part of Sora.

The Sora's theme embellish at the end is a brilliant touch. When you add other character themes to arrangements that correlate to the character's themes your doing, it makes the song that much better. So with that in mind, I'd say this or Terra's theme's my favorite.
