  • @BeastlyShorts yeah ur the only one. patrick SOUNDS LIKE A MAN UR JUST JEALOUS. HIS VOICE IS FRCKEN AMAZING.

  • Patrick and Tyga need to make a music video for this. Patrick being all gangster and stuff. It would probably be the most amazing video ever made. ^_^

  • This is a good song, but in my opinion Patrick truly makes it. Tyga is smart for choosing such a talented young man :]

  • I do believe this song has totally set in stone my love for Patrick Stump. Especially the part when he sings, 'Twice as hard to get half as far...' LOVE IT. ^_^ It makes me smile to hear Patrick singing lyrics about confidence. As he should. :)

  • patrick stump has a beatiful voice.

    hes amazing.

  • like ppl said before me he must be talking about rappers like soulja boy &waka flocka&what not. thats not rap or talent at all. anyone could make a stupid dance song&get rich off of it.but being a lyricist like eminem, nas, tupac, kanye, j cole, jay electronica, biggie, thats talent. it takes work to get that good. its not just as easy as writing something down &saying thats rap...thats like saying all i have to do is pluck a couple of strings&make a drum beat with my hands and saying its a rock song

  • LOL you cant judge music xD stupid people criticizing everyones opinion, like theirs is better. music is best based on your own opinion. so dont try to make someone else not like it because you dont.

  • the beat is different from what im used to hearing, but i love tyga. if you really focus on the words you'd see that he's really deep. He's so underrated, but in actuality he one of the few rappers who's lyrics mean something. LOVE HIM<3333

  • the beat is real different from what i'm used to hearing. but i love tyga. if you focus on the words you could see that he's really deep.

  • Tyga Cum Hard Listen 2 Da Words Man Some Real Issh His Tlkin Bout!

  • iD lET pATRICK fUCK MEH!!!

  • Very Amazing Song :)

  • wow Patrick is the only good part of the song

  • @ToxicZombie8606 that's very true!

  • Open your mind. I'm not a big fan of rap, but music is a thing that can be expressed in many different ways. That's what makes it so beautiful. There are rappers out there that produce amazing music and their style of showing the lyrics is just different. There are rappers that know how to put together actual peices of art. I myself have played and listened to some classical music. Most rap nowadays is about sex and money and growing up in the "ghetto," but in this song, Tyga is telling a story.

  • Patrick just makes everything that much better. I would have liked the song even if he wasn't in it, but searching "Feat. Patrick Stump" got me here. I like some rap. Not all rap though, but all the haters should know that if you judge something and the people who make that something then you don't ever have the time to love it and the people. It just might take some getting used to. Plus, if you don't like it, why are you even here? Why do you come to the video if you hate it? I don't know.

  • notice how every comment on here is like a paragraph damnnn calm your shitt. people hate thats life.

  • Well, I recomand you to go check the music out before you speak about it cuz you dont seem to know what your talking about. Rap Hip Hop or whatever you wanna call it can be the most musical music in history if you know how to use the artform right, Ofc the biggest "Rappers" know about harmony, song writing, how to play instrumentals etc. But peaople like you underate it and wont eaven give it a chanse.

Go check PHAROAHE MONCH What it is or Book Of Judge, AND PLEASE DO!, then comeback and talk.

  • Falloutboyforever, If you dont think it takes any knowledge to create a good rap song you better go check out PHAROAHE MONCH, comeback tell me that anybody can write the same stuff he does :).

  • @TheMikeyRap listen to the fucking music!!!!It's just a guy talking to a rhythm! That's all rap is!ANYONE can do that!!!If you knew anything about compositional skills, harmony etc.you'd know how SHIT that "music" is!!!Go and listen to some mozart/borodin etc.learn about that and see how many people could write that stuff!God,whenever i've heard any rap it gives me a splitting headache and bores me out of my crust. You stupid chavs and your dumbass "music"...

  • Don't forget Lupe

  • what were the instruments in it?

  • i'm assuming you mean he had his "own" symphony...i've never heard of it,so i can't really judge. Not all symphonies are hard to perform and i doubt he knows alot about complecated harmony

  • all you rap fans seem very impressed by the lyrics.I can't understand what they're saying,so idk what they're like, however,i've always done well in english, and my poems and storywriting,so i could (and do,for the songs i write) write good lyrics. But I'm not talking about lyrics here;maybe they are good, but i'm on about the actual music,i don't care about lyrics. If they're talented lyricists maybe they should be poets, but rap music doesn't take talent to write or perform...ok?

  • haha if you're not about lyrics then why the fuck do you like music ? you're dumb for real. look up common market, that takes skill. fuck you man. haha for real, i'm pissed about your comment. you just don't make sense. you can't just like music and not lyrics, ever hear of jim morrison ? he had the best lyrics, not rap, but his lyrics were awesome. a lot of people listen to him for his lyrics, and you can't tell me the doors aren't real music.

  • What about orchestral music? That's amazing enough to not even have lyrics.Ever heard of Beethoven's symphonies? And i don't even know who the doors are,but if they rap they're probably shit aswell. And i don't care what other people like;i don't like music for the lyrics.I like it for the music.Every song i like,if it had no lyrics i'd still like it.FUCK YOU

  • @falloutboyforever100 they are right though rap isnt easy because the whole rap game has changed. at first it was about simple fun adn bein clever. then in the 90's, rap started gettin more diversified adn became about uplifting black people from the streets. now in the 2000's, its about rhyming well adn making it hot at the sametime. if you notice, alot of rappers put emphasis on metaphors. plus with hip hop, you really gotta connect with yo audience adn you gotta be heard.

  • no,you didn't say they were rappers, but i don't like rap,Patrick doesn't rap,I like FOB,so i don't see where you're going with this;i DON'T CARE THEY DID AN ALBUM WITH THEM...And yeah, rap IS easy;i can play piano, guitar, sing,as well as playing other instruments in the past, and i write music myself, and do music at college, and all that makes rap a pisswalk. And i DO NOT EVER want to be no1 on itunes with rap because it'd be the lowest point in my life.I think i'd rather die.XD

  • they didn't do a WHOLE CD with them, just the odd song,oh and so what?that doesn't make FOB rappers.

  • aye falloutboyforever!! you're so stupid rap is even then that piece of shit you call music you act like its so hard to play a drum or a guitar!! lmao i can do that shit!! hah (: pretty damn good too!! its easy you can even learn in youtube learn how to rap on youtube?! doubt it!! it takes talent too!! so shut your mouth!!

  • wow, you're a music class dunce.wtf did you learn on guitar and drums?twinkle twinkle little star?try some a7x,ac/dc or metallica.plus its the composing i'm on about.Learn your stuff then have a go at me.plus no one makes vids of how to rap on youtube cos its so easy any1 can do it without lessons

  • @falloutboyforever100 sorry to say this again but with rap, like most music, you have to develope your own style that seperates you from others. But on some serious stuff, what you say pisses me off. rap is about lyrics, as well as all music. the lyrics in music, are the movement of it. Have someone listen to a lyric heavy song, adn watch them become inspired by just that. im tellin you, without lyrics, that really mean anything, music would be a tired profession.

  • @PharociousQ well, lots of people only like classical music, which doesn't have any lyrics, but it's not a "tired profession" because the music is good.People can go to a rock gig and listen to a 10 minute guitar solo and stay entralled purely because the guy doing it is skilled, and about getting black ppl off the street, that's not true because they could do something skilled like Hendrix,he was a legendary guitarist and was black.Rap IS easy to do.

  • @falloutboyforever100 i cant dispute against that then, except the rap is easy part. the only problem i had with you is the stuff you were saying earlier, as it sounded as though you were completly bashing Rap without hearing more of what it had to offer. But after readin what you said about melodies, i can see i was close minded, in that i never saw your view. And in response to you comment on rappers sounding similar, That also cant be disputed cause alot of New school artist sound similar.

  • @PharociousQ I'm not closed-minded,i mostly like rock but i also like some pop and classical,in fact i like every genre except rap and hip hop,and i'm sorry, but all rap is just a guy talking to a rhythm in a certain accent with different inflexions,so it is all quite similar.I suppose if you're into it and really listen to the words you can appreciate that, but as i said i'm more into the melody.Everyone appreciates different things, and i was just saying my opinion, but rap gives me a headache

  • @falloutboyforever100 well that makes sense then, i like every genre too, just heard rock that i was really feeling. some of it though, i dont get, and i cant even lie, classical is good.

All i can say from one music appreciater to another, keep ya ears tuned and interest high. (thumbs up)

  • @PharociousQ glad to see you like loads of music! Sorry about the whole arguement thing,at least you know your stuff.

    And yup,same to you! :)

  • Rap is not easy to do its one of the hardest things to do selling mixtapes out the trunk tryin to get noticed pourin money into it hopen for someone to scout you it's more like a sport then anything else you have to be good and hope to get scouted recognized and put up on a deal

  • for god's sake, yes it is easy to do! All you do is talk to a rhythm!THAT'S IT! Any fool can do that!It doesn't take any musical talent or knowledge! None of the douche rappers would know anything about harmony or theory. They're not musicians. Now leave me alone,i'm sick of people trying to disprove me.Just accept it...even the jonas hoes are better than a rapper.

  • @pharociousQ,and i think people would be more inspired by a beautiful melodic song.Like when i 1st listened to stairway to heaven,gunslinger(A7X)and beethoven's 6th symphony;5th movement i nearly cried because they're so melodic and beautiful;this music inspires me;sure gunslinger and stairway have great lyrics too,but i'd still love them without the lyrics. But,each to their own,ok?And no offence but rappers all sound very similar to me,and as i've pointed out, most music isn't about lyrics.

  • Patrick's voice is amazing! I just want to lock him up in my basement and make him sing for me for ALL ETERNITY.

    I love this song =]

But seriously, guys? "Rap sucks, it's not music"

Music comes in all aspects, just because you don't like it doesn't mean it should be destroyed. Not one of you is god, so shut up. Just face it, everyone likes different things. do yourself a favor and don't act so damn close-minded. Jeeze...

  • @xoxoalex310oxox Can we lock him in mine instead?

  • @agraham208 Lol, we'll share xDD

  • @xoxoalex310oxox are you joking saying raps not music you need to get your head examined

  • @ELITExDGx Whoooooo said rap is not music? Check again what I said. Geez.

  • @xoxoalex310oxox Its Hip Hop not Rap ;)

  • @RibeiroGomez Ahh sorry xD I get the 2 mixed up >.< I like both, atleast xD

  • @RibeiroGomez Thank you! Someone finally understands.

  • @xoxoalex310oxox wow your lame saying rap sucks so you must be close minded and for you to say its not music then rock n roll isnt either white bitch.

  • @Tilla612 Umm .. woah? Whats with the language? And check again what i said. I didn't say rap sucks. I said music comes inn all aspects, so that means RAP IS MUSIC. I'm not white, so don't call me a white bitch. You're insanely rude. Wow, smart one.

I expect an apology. Thanks =]

  • @xoxoalex310oxox Sorry I Was Tripping.

  • well tyga can rap,he is int eh group YOUNG MONEY so i think rap is music. and if rap is so idiotic why dont u go tell lil wayne,jay-z,eminem,nicki minaj, gucci, wacka flocka falme, and every single rapper that

  • i would if i could lol,however i don't know them.But if any of those retards you mentioned are reading this here we go;

RAP SUCKS,IT'S IDIOTIC AND ISN'T REAL MUSIC!!! YOU DON'T DESERVE A PENNY OF WHAT YOU'VE EARNED BY ERUPTING SUCH VOMIT UPON US!!!

I wish they could see that XD

and what losers;i've never even heard of most of them XD

  • Rap fucking sucks! Kill it all off! Patrick's amazing.this song would be nothing without him.

  • lmao, rock is music because it has key changes? so a rock song that is in one key signature throughout is not considered music? i'm sorry, i couldn't bring myself to read everything because all you wrote simply made you look like a close-minded idiot.

  • no,a rock song is always music because it has guitar, bass and drum parts, generally melodic vocals and takes talent to write/perform.Bless,you didn't understand anything else i wrote XD

  • but that doesn't define music! or if it does, then it's not the only thing that defines music, by far.

so bands like the roots and gym class heroes who performed with drums, bass, and electric guitar are not music SIMPLY because he frontmen are rapping rather than singing?

  • bands like gym class heroes PLAY INSTRUMENTS therefore they must know about harmonies, the same applies to rap-metal,so it's real music and they're musicians, but a rapper only talks to a synthesised beat, any fool could do that. And most use auto tune which sickens me even more.

  • travis mccoy, frontman of GCH, is a RAPPER.

    goodbye.

  • that's ONE PERSON,who happens to be an exception. Most rappers don't rap in bands, don't have live music as their backing when they play "live" and use auto-tune...what part of that makes them talented and/or musicians?

    Goodbye. Sarcy...

  • haha guess what ? one of the biggest mainstream rappers has used instruments as their backing in concerts, Jay-Z. so fuck you again.

  • Rap sucks!!! Kill it all off!!!!

Patrick's voice is beautiful. If he wasn't in this song it would be nothing.

  • well someones a bit bitter, open your horizons

music is good in all aspects, they just apply to different people, so stop being closed minded and open up, or atleast stop hatin, why are you even on this page if you dont like rap?

  • Im really open minded in music. i listens to all kinds, rockm punk, metal, pop, classical, i listen to all kinds of MUSIC, but rap isn't music; its just talentless fags trying to make money. And i'm on this page because i like the part that Patrick sings because he has a beautiful voice and the melody he sings is really good.

  • clearly youre still not getting the point, rap is a form of music, it has a catchy backbeat, hook and verses, they way we sound when we speak our lyrics diversifies us from other musical genres, name one thing that clearly describes rap as not music?

  • No...it may be classed as music, but it's not really...i mean, it doesn't use any interesting features like key changes, harmonies, correct cadences, or much melody at all, and the rapping is just a guy talking to a rhythm, i mean, come ON people. (Don't start blabbering on about your lyrics because theyre not music; they're words)

  • okay so your lyrics must be just words than? have you ever heard of aesop rock? if not check him out, hes a rapper and he will blow your mind with his "words"

and as for melodies, maybe they dont play they're own instruments, bu a lot of rappers produce they own instrumentals, which isnt that easy cuz you're not working on just a drum pattern, or key change, your working on an into, outro, hook, melodie, bridge, and drum beat for specific parts in the song, so explain how thats not music?

  • lyrics ARE just words. What else are they? And producing an instrumental for rap is easy because it's very simple.I bet very few, if any, have key changes, and the other stuff's so simple anyone could do it.And i won't check out aesop rock because i don't care about words in songs, i like songs for the music not the words.Rap gives me a headache and bores me.Sorry to offend you! :)

  • im sorry but they are words with meaning behind them. they wouldnt just have words if everything they said was just to add to music, maybe thats all you care for but if you ask others lyrics are a vital part to music. and as for instrumentals, it may sound easy but you must have a great sense of what goes together, how to actually keep a beat, and a great sense on playing piano (because thats how they create the melodies) so its technically music, music you may not enjoy but it is still music

  • great sense in what goes together is knowing diminished 7ths, cadences, inversions, etc.Great sense in piano is playing grade 6+pieces.And keeping a beat is easy.

  • but if you like rap, fine.I don't. I find it boring, sorry.Stick to your guns though matey.Good for you. :)

  • @falloutboyforever100 you're so stupid...the lyrics are everything in a song! porque el objetivo de un artista es plasmar sus sentimientos, no solamente la musica, sino el mensaje que da la cancion en su plenitud. no mereces tener falloutboyforever en tu nick. pendejo

  • @Missaelgarciag no,you're stupid. The lyrics are NOT everything in a song. The music is everything to me,and if it isn't to you, you're not a fan of music;you're a fan of poetry.P.S i don't speak spanish or whatever language that was.

  • @falloutboyforever100 not sure what the argument is about, but i'll defend patrick to the end. if it weren't for him pete's lyrics would just be spoken word? he writes the tune, music and everything. so really.

  • @xDALLAS92 well the arguement was about me hating rap;i said that i think rap isn't music...and yes i totally agree with you;Patrick is the most important part of FOB and all pete does is write words and play bass(*cough* badly *cough*).So yep i never said anything against patrick;i'm just a rap hater(please don't argue with me about that like all the others...)

  • i think tyga is fire... but honestly, i dont like this song. i think the idea was good but he didnt follow through.. im a huge fan of tyga regardless. cant wait to see how many thumbs downs i get for this lol

  • OMGG tyga is one of the most talented rapper. at first i didnt like him but hes one of those rappers u have to look deep in and realize his unique flow. GREAT deep lyrics but the happy beat is not suiting for it :S like wttff lol

  • His lyrics are on point , but i do agree, i wish that the beat was different , slowed down a bit like his song "I dont think so."

  • Great SOng, definitely could feel his emotions, lyrics touched me...

  • Wtf is this Tyga tacking about real seiuos shit on this hyped up happy beat. I am sorry but that doesn't make it good.

  • word i was thinkin da same shit i was on sum site i saw da lyrics i was like damn lemme listen to da songg.......dissapointed.

  • the kid needs a litlle bit of practice but the song is great and patrick stump was a really good choice

  • AWESOME. :D

  • best song on tha album

  • I havent been feelin Tyga lately while he's with Lil Wayne, but songs like this and the Delilah remix are really good.

  • Why isn't this on itunes? God, i luv Patrick's bit i wish i could download this.

  • idk wat yall talkinq bout both of em r type dope fah real . =]

  • Loved the ending! Best collabration ever!

  • Prince Patrick rules again! lol great song, great lyrics, fantastic ft. artist.

  • I love this song!

Tyga may not be as good as his cousin(Travis from gym class heroes!) but I still think he's good.

But the person who really made me fall in love with this song is Patrick and the lyrics he sings.

    :]

  • @emopaniclover I'm sorry...but Tyga is way better than Travis :l

  • I wish someone more appealing would rap on this. Travis from Gym Class Heroes comes to mind. However, Patrick makes every song he's in fantastic and this isn't an exception.

  • I honestly didn't really like it all that much (this is just my opinion). :/ Not Patrick's best collaboration but he did all right. I'm not so sure about the main artist though. He's not the best rap artist I've heard from & there doesn't seem to be anything that appealing or extraordinary about him now. No offense to his fans. Maybe his other songs are better, not sure. Never heard of him 'til now & I only listened to this song to hear Patrick ;D!

    <3

  • same here XD

  • Interesting to say the least. I'm not gonna lie though, I was a bit lost in the beginning.

  • patrick sound awzome in this song i dont kno about the other guy but he awsome tooo

  • Patrick Stump= amazingness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • patrick, the best "ft. artist" in his genre! :)

  • *best artist

  • i love this song =]

  • go patrick!

  • i liek this song :)

  • Patrick Stump: for the win

  • aggreed! XD

  • him,g,jg,

  • Patrick Stump you are Amazing

  • No his moms name Is Macy Lueann Stumph.

Anyway. I ahte the chorus. It kind of sucks. But the song has A good message <3 FOB 4 Life.

  • SOunds kul... It's better than Martin... Anyway it's awesome song thnx to Stump

  • wow

    patricks bit is fucking orgasmic.

  • ohyes.

  • lol yeah patrick is sooo sexy.

  • Oh gosh, yus.

  • I agree soooo much

  • You know he was just kidding about the "vauhn" thing, I'm sure of it, that just sounds like something he would do for laughs...sounds like his sence of humor...kinda dry but like weird.

    I'm sure it's not real...

  • Actually, he really did change his name. Just look at the back of the Gym Class Heroes CD and it'll say Patrick Vaughn Stump.

  • yeah and its in the Folie A Deux book thingy

    it says

    Patrick VAUGHN Stump

  • he actually did.

i happen to like it better.

    his initials arent PMS anymore.((:

  • HIS MOMS NAME IS PATRICIA VAUGHN

  • He did. If you look in the booklet of the "Folie à Deux" it says "Patrick Vaugn Stump"

  • patrick is a good singer.

  • What if your mother

    Regretted having your brother?

^ haha. i love that line

  • gah, i want to download this song so bad ~-~

  • catchy chorus

  • "Heart in light, dying love

    Everything looks better from above"

BEST PART EVER!! lol i luv it sooo much

    I LUV THIS SONG!!

  • i dont usu listen 2 rap but this really good

  • omg listen to patrick

  • i love this song cuz patrick rips it with his crazy vocals

  • i love it ! i love yew tyga !!!! =D

  • hah this song rocks!

i want this on my myspace xD

  • is it just me or does it sound like, and would probably make more sense if it was 'even Dylan went electric', rather than 'even dealing with'.

    i dunno.

  • no cuz that's what it said in the book that came

    with the CD. :)

and i hear 'even dealing with electric'. :)
