You're not alone! Most people have such postures. Tight hamstrings, psoas, and groin muscles are also to blame for a tight lower back. Take it slowly and make sure you breathe and relax in the stretch, it really helps to lengthen your spine and decompress your lumbar over time. Take care!
thank you! Having a bad posture by constantly hunching made my lower back tight and with a forward pelvic tilt. I am going slow and easy to change my posture. this is going to make me go forward in practicing yoga. Namaste
