I like to ward the enemy base to be sure that they aren't planning anything dangerous. It's a suicide mission in itself, but I like to let the enemy get one hit in so they can feel like they're doing a good job, then let the turret finish me off so the enemy can get back out on the battle field real quick.

Anyone can die if they want. In my opinion a really fun and cool game is a equal hard game where everyone is playing at their max ability. Nice teamfights and a suddenly death on one champion might be enough to win the game. Even if I end up losing I still find it fun.

If you read the terms of use/service in almost all game sites/forums, you'll notice a sentence or two that basically say "we can ban/delete your account when we want, with or without letting you know that it's happening or why". Companies explain why they give out bans purely as a courtesy.
