John's voice is sounding very strong here in this performance. I think my level of anger and bewilderment runs higher than my level of sadness concerning these two seperate tragedies, in that both cases were preventable, and that makes it a damn, damn shame.They all seriously still had so much to live for. John's music will continue to teach many generations to come........ LUCKY THEM!!

For those who want to digitize your videos there is a product called Instant DVD + MP3 by ADS Tech. I'm not pushing the product but this is how I digitized my VHS tapes and cassettes. Will also work for LP's and video cams. This product is not Vista compatible so you will need Windows XP. BTW..This song is also on the DVD John Denver - A Portrait.

Denver came up with the idea of a "citizen in space" Reagan decided that it should be a teacher. Denver was moved down to another flight. He was also scheduled to take a Russian flight to the MIR space station - but about 9 months of training meant he would have to miss the birth of his daughter - Jesse Belle - so that was canceled. He was just not meant to go into space - he was meant to sing about it!!
