The guy that ran over the downed rider has no skills and shouldn't even be on the track! The moron gasses his bike to wheelie over the downed rider at least 10 meters before impact. Take a look at the rear wheel roost at :32. With minimal skills he could have easily avoided the rider by swerving right OR left.

If you watch carefully you can see that the guy who ran him over esily had enough time to go around him. Infact he was almost stopped and then got back on the gas to run him over! Atleast he could have coasted over him instead of being on the gas. It looks like he wanted to run him over to be honest.

To me it really looks like he just didn't care if he ran over him or maybe even was looking for an excuse to. That distance is about 3 times what he needed to make it around him in my opinion.
