I agree that the anti-semitism charges are ridiculous. However you should realize the left does that all the time on many issues. If you bring up a legitimate critism of another culture or religion (neither of which are necessarily race orientated), they call you a racist or bigot. They are buzz words like anti-semite designed to stifle debate, and like I said it is far more prevelant on the left.

As for gay rights, its so obvious I can't believe they are still being persecuted in the US.

It appears so, Obama started off strong on the issue but is retreating faster then my hairline.

It's hard to say what's going on behind the scenes though, especially with the Iranian nuke issue. Perhaps Obama is going to try and leverage US support of a Palestinian state against Iran's nuclear ambitions. I'm not sure how important Palestine is to Iran though.
