@hunkdude Check the labels on the package before you eat, make shure that Carborhydrate is low, and if you want sugar, go with splenda, If you go to Mcdonal, order the Bacon Ranch salad with Itallian dreassing, If you go to In and Out order the Protein burger without a french fries, have a Steak, or other meat with a Vegy on the side, If you like potatoes have a Yams, thats all I can suggest what to eat?
