Actually Ken-chan's sword is just a normal sword, explained when he finds Yachiru and names her. Its just a sword, with no shikai form nor bankai, it would be cool to see a shikai from Ken-chan, tho probably it would be too OP.

alright to clear things up.... kenpachis sword is ALWAYS in shikai mode because his reiatsu is so huge that even if he tried, he cannot seal it. even though his sword is in shikai, he doesnt have access to any of its power because he doesnt know its name, or has ever tried communicating with it. therefore, when he fights, he is only using his own power.
