  • No, no, no, your form is all wrong. Your fingers aren't crossed, the music is not loud enough and your t-shirt is the wrong colour. My brother's best friend's postman goes to the gym so I know what I'm talking about.

  • pretty good form...i don't know if its the cam angle but you are leaning too much, not good when you go heavy. depth could be better if you narrow your stance a lil bit. and always go ATG!

  • You are doing nothing dangerous. Your knees are safe. You now need to work on keeping your back upright. Look up and keep your abs tight and upper back straight.

  • look forward but not up, it helps if u have a mirror to look yourself in the eye. tighten your abdominal wall and round your back outwards

    ur upper back is lose. it should be tight and locked into place. pulling the bar into ur traps

    looking up - will help keep the chest up when going heavy. the body will follow the head/eyes

  • pretty good, my biggest tip would be to look directly upwards during your squat. you can see, especially at the top of your squat, that your back is kind of bending forwards, try looking directly upwards, that should correct it. that said its still good form
