@paz2001 The reason why it is called 2 bars is because, prior to doing the combo you only need 2 meters. If you don't start the combo with 2 meters, you can't do it, if you start it with 3, you still can as well. If it was a 4 meter combo, that would mean when you land your first hit, you HAVE to have 4 meters or else the combo can't be down.

Why do the initial two hits only land when you Dash in Fly mode?

@SSBMSynikaL It works from a regular airdash too, but it's much tighter. The reason it's easier from flight is because you won't land until you press S or flight wears off.
