Oh sh*t! I saw this at my local store once. When you mention Christmas Islands in the description I know this is what I saw cause the pet store said same thing. They were selling it for $600.
I have got two of the rare black tangs and they cost me £700 pound each but the one that is displayed here is not rare as it has a white dot nin front of fin and the rare ones dont have that white dot!!!

AWESOME! I love that fish! I have had a scopas, yellow, sailfin and a purple but nothing compares to that black one and the coveted gem.
