A 13b I know how to build - but where do you get that 4-rotor eccentric shaft and are there mods to be made because you need a stronger shaft?

@SRZsmack When combining like terms the letter(can't think of the proper term right now) stays the same. It only goes squared, cubed, etc. when you multiply.

@Antonio001z well a 13b has 2 rotors and to make a 26b you take two 13b's (1.3L) and sandwich them together but you need an eccentric shaft made to hold four rotors mazda never made a 4 rotor as well as an intake for them and 2 spark plugs per rotor.

the only thing you need to make a 26b is 2 13b's and a 4 rotor E-shaft. well theres also the intake you'd have to make and the exhaust but thats fairly minor.

@zomgz932 i cant remember but chances are your right. You can actually get a NA quad making around 6-700hp (they dont last long) from a shop in new zealand for around 38k, maby a bit more. They built a guy called 'Mad Mike' s engine.

@fergus1494 700hp is what the 787b made but in order to do that you need to do periprial ports which indeed the engine life is severely comprimised. but for a race engine its all you really need
