You can reassemble most parts safely in about two days, but I would wait a week to do tight fitting parts that may become scratched during reassembly. For example, I would wait at least a week to reassemble an AR15 due to all the small, tight fitting parts.
According to the manufacturer, you should wait 24 hours before re-assembling. A full cure is reached in 3 to 4 weeks, so your item can be scratched during that cure time.
any recommendations on duracoating a nightforce scope?

When paint a revolver or pistol it is recommended to wait 30 days before holstering
the weapon. Duracoat get hard quick. Sometimes when I get a little over spray it is very
hard to remove the next day. Better to remove that day.

Does anyone know how long you should wait after Duracoating to re-assemble the firearm? I've heard anywhere for 24 hours to 6 weeks.
