  • I'm only singing a sad song about how I met my previous wife and divorced her. It's okay talk over it.

  • It's a damn shame that one can't become a folk musician unless you are an alcoholic.

  • chills man, just chills all over...

  • the audience is so rude!

  • everytime that I listen to this song, i get chills all over my body

I haven't listened to this band since june of last year and this song still has the same effect on me

  • Simply amazing! More people should know who these guys are.

  • This is the kind of song you listen to while drowning yourself with a bottle of whiskey in your basement. Like I am.

  • @ryanjsmart ME TOO!!! YAY! But we dont have basements in cali... so, just my room ;)

  • this is the kind of song you listen to while drowning yourself with a bottle of whiskey at a bar somewhere. Such a heartbreaking song but so beautiful...

  • man u sound like a girl gotta hold of u. if so, good luck. i promise it gets better.

amazing song tho, long live kasher & co.!!

  • I think it says alot for the song that people were walking around, whispering, talking at the start of the song and by the end he has the whole audience's full silent attention.

  • ... i wot'n change for you.

    love.

  • Love.

  • I would have cried buckets....this song is so deeply saddening...but incredible still

  • Bukowski films aren't inspiring because Bukowski wasnt a filmmaker, he wrote poems and a lot of Tim Kasher's lyrical style (quite obviously) directly influenced by Bukowkski's writings

  • who was inspired by john fante

  • i would punch every person who was talking in the face...

  • ditto. i was there and was pissed.

  • I completely disagree. I don't see the parallel at all, or how Bukowski films are inspiring.

  • Excellent song and vid. I love it! :]

  • yeah. i could say tim kasher is like bukowski making music.

  • The Good Life is like Bukowsky on music. It set your life to inspiration.
