I'm 11 years Old and I go to Sweatlodge Ceremonie's with my family all the time , I sing in the lodge to Grandfather ..., I was told before I wasn't supposed to take pictures of our sacred place's , it's all about respecting our ancestors teaching's , NOT that it's top secret ..., All the Teaching's of our ancestors , we will never find them in a book ..., it is always spoken words , unwritten , same goes for the Our Sweatlodge , should not be recorded .., & please , offer Tobacco !

sacred sweating does not belong to any tribe, group or nation.

for us it is an opportunity to re-enter the womb of mother earth and be reborn.

everything we do, we do with honor and profound ritual.
