Beautiful video, we are heading back this May for our second time i really enjoyed seeing some familiar scenes. This will be our first time on the Star.

hey I'm going to take this cruise as well to alaska soon. I'm taking the 7 day cruise, do they let you get off the boat and look around once you get to alaska? Do you ever see the "northern Lights" while on the cruise ship?
We took this same cruise in 05", the last cruise of the year, and it was such a wonderful trip. Loved the pictures, I actually have some almost identical..Would love to do this same one again, Thanks for the memories..
Thanks for the nice comments. I would like to do it again as well, but I have my eye on the Panama Canal Cruise and the Mediterranean Sea embarking out of Barcelona. I still like looking at the web cams when the ships are in Alaska.

I went to Alaska on the Norwegian Star in 2009. I was funnn!!!

Talking to other people the pearl might be a little better. The star is great though.
