I graduated from Bethel High. Every year there were about two deaths from crashes when I attended high school. It's really sad.

A horrible combination between inexperienced teen drivers, rural roads, speeding, and sometimes substance abuse.

Of course, like this crash, not every crash with a teen involves any of the above reasons. And I guess that's why those new rules were put into place, like not having passengers until a certain time or age or no night driving until a certain time or age.

I think high speed driving is perfectly ok as long as its done correctly. I have never raced with any one in the car with me. It all comes down to skills. I have been street racing for 14 years and never once had even a minor accident. But I had the benefit of having a friend that worked at a race track where i could practice safely, If you want to go fast, Dont end up like your mangled friend here, Spend the money and rent a damn race track to practice on so you dont kill yourself or others.
