Police officer was helping a car that hit a slick spot & wrecked (Not a traffic stop you idiots). 2nd driver was doing 10-15mph under speed limit and NOT on a cell phone and switched lanes to give them room. 2nd driver hit same slick spot and lost control. It's just the black ice conditions of ohio & purely a freak accident.

an uncle up in Kentucky witnessed a sheriff's deputy run head on into the side of a school bus at a 4-way intersection. The cop stumbled out drunk, and was not charged. Any citizen would have been fucked up the ass. One can't overgeneralize about cops like that; clearly this officer pushed the other person out of the way as he dove for safety; but corruption among police departments is a bigger issue than most people see.

People think corruption, they think stealing money, not letting other cops off for violating a law which any other person would be punished for. Unequal treatment is corruption. I agree and the driver of the car that hit him is an idiot for not paying attention or worse, rubbernecking. But the whole "risking their lives and it's so dangerous" actually there are other jobs that are more dangerous believe it or not, like convienent store clerk. Cops do a great service, but they also abuse their power often. You can't classify an entire group as good or bad.

To everyone who doesn't know the whole store: I know the police officer & coincidently I also know the driver that crashed into him. Police officer was helping a car that hit a slick spot & wrecked (Not a traffic stop you idiots). 2nd driver was doing 10-15mph under speed limit and NOT on a cell phone and switched lanes to give them room. 2nd driver hit same slick spot and lost control. It's just the black ice conditions of ohio & purely a freak accident.
